They used their Flower network to place the order closer to the funeral home. What arrived at the services were embarrassing, disappointing and outright cheap versions of what I ordered. Savannah did everything right. Contacted the network, explained the situation in detail and even called the shop that filled the order directly to work out a some type of reimbursement. The Flower network and Flower outlet stood behind their services by offering a partial refund for the situation. The florist did nothing, but the Flower Outlet has removed them from their vendor list. Kudos to the Flower Outlet I appreciate their loyalty to their customer, especially Savannah who followed this through to its resolution.
