I recently came to South Carolina for a visit (i live in California). When i come to S.C. I always…read morego to Cannon Cemetary in Fountain Inn to see my Dad's resting place and now my Grandmother's as well. For what ever reason this time going to the cemetary was especially hard and sad. Both sites seemed so sad and lonley to me. I called the cemetary to find out if they had a service to put flowers on the grave(which is actually a wall tomb). I was dirrected to call Lillie's on Main. When i called i spoke to Amanda (the owner) and asked if placing fake flowers on both areas was something she did. She offered me something even better that a 1 time delivery(my thought was i would just place another order in 5-6 months) She actually has a program that she automatically goes 4 times a year (every 3 months) and places new flowers on your loved ones resting place! That way they always look nice- no fading! And then when she said she was more than happy to send me a picture of each site I knew she was my girl!!! I was pleasently surprised at her more than reasonable prices! I am not asking to see pictures to verify the service has been done. I have not doubt that the flowers will be placed and they will be beaitiful. I look forward to the picures being sent to me so i can take a moment and feel the love i have for my dad and also my grandmother. Time goea by so fast and its so easy to let weeks/months and years fo by without taking the time to remember your loved ones. Its my way of taking a couple moments to honnor my family that has passed. Thank you Amanda for the service you provide. I saw a photo on line of the arrangement I chose ahead of time, but figured for $80, it should be a decent size. I was completely wrong. The arrangement was not much bigger than a mug style arrangement you could get at a grocery store and really not any nicer. I was very disappointed in the cost and let the store employees know. An employee there told me that the cost of everything has tripled and the vase I requested was $35 by itself. I found the same exact vase on Teleflora for $18. And the same EXACT arrangement with roses (there were no roses in my arrangement) for $50.99. I could have had the arrangement delivered for $30 less than what I paid at the store and picked up myself. On top of that, I said it was for a birthday at least twice. But she asked if I needed a card, and i said I would at least like that to be included, she gave me a Valentine's card. I should have looked before I left the store, but I am still very disappointed. I will not use this florist again.

My arrangement was ready at the appointed time but I was disappointed in the size and number of feature flowers (Asian Lilies) in the arrangement. When I picked the up the vase, I got an armful of cold water as the vase had been overfilled and I was given no warning. The spillage continued in my truck all over the console as I wasnt given a small box to carry the attangenment in as I have been at virtually every other shop Ive made a similar purchase at. I paid $90 out the door and it should have been closer to $60 given the small size of the arrangement and only two (2) lilies among all the other cheaper filler flowers. Two thumbs down.

In fact, many landscapers and other nurseries buy from here and then up the price when selling to the public. The only catch is that they don't list their inventory or prices online and you do have to call in advance before you make the trip because there are only a handful of people working there and they are sometimes scattered around the property. I will definitely return for more tees in the spring.
