The manager (I don't know her name, but she has black hair) is consistently rude and unprofessional. Whenever I walk in, I make a point to say "hello" and try to be polite, but she never acknowledges me or speaks back. Instead, she gives off an attitude that makes me feel like I'm not welcome in the store at all. To make matters worse, she always has someone follow me around the store during my entire visit. It doesn't matter if I'm just browsing or looking for something specific--I can't shop in peace without feeling like I'm being watched the whole time. It's uncomfortable, insulting, and incredibly unprofessional. This has happened every single time I've gone in, to the point where I've actually had to reach out to corporate because of how uncomfortable it makes me. As a paying customer, I shouldn't feel like I'm doing something wrong just by shopping. A store's manager should make customers feel welcomed and respected, not singled out and treated poorly. Unfortunately, this manager's behavior ruins what should be a positive shopping experience, and until it's addressed, I can't see myself returning to this location.

The store is filled with incredible finds and at great prices. The wonderful lady who rang up our finds was kind enough to give us a personal history of a rare art book from the estate of her former piano teacher. She then provided us with local guide magazines and a recommendation on lunch and activities to do while in town. Such a memorable experience! We will definitely be back!!

Home Depot @ $17.99, Jackson & Perkins @ $39.95 and Edmunds' Roses @ $41.95. I will update this review in a few months with end of spring growth pictures. My initial opinion is Home Depot @ $17.99 is an excellent, healthy rose and the best value. However Home Depot has a very limited selection. Edmunds' Roses $41.95 was the largest, healthiest, fullest rose of the bunch. (I recommend Edmunds {Jung Seed Co} ') . The Jackson & Perkins @ $39.95 looks very frail, very few canes and the least likely to survive.

In comparison, I order from David Austin and all of the roses have survived. To top it off J&P's customer service is lousy (delayed response) and they are very stingy with their guarantee. They won't reimburse shipping and it's a fight to get a replacement. I have been dealing with the issue with one bush, asking for them to stand behind their guarantee, for almost 3 months. Ridiculous. Lucky for me, their patents have expired on two of my favorites (Mister Lincoln and Fragrant Cloud) so I can get healthier plants from other breeders. Bottom line, unless you want a rose that is still under their patent, look elsewhere. Second, don't get bare root roses from them. Survival is very iffy. Honestly, idk how they stay in business.

There are a wide range of colorful ideas for party gifts, for kids and adults like myself who love color and bling and a big selection of items. Someone wrote that the employees were rude. My experience with staff was pleasant. Someone helped me search for a specific item. They were all busy in the store but were evidently keeping an eye on the register because someone appeared quickly when I was ready for checkout. It's a kick shopping there. I am def going again!
