If I could give no stars I would. Photos are fine it's the office that has no clue what they are doing......

Overall, we had a beautiful wedding and mostly everyone was impressed! Pros: Value to price for the inclusive package is nearly unbeatable, even if you diy. Scenery is beautiful and there is plenty of space for the reception. Freedom to choose catering and other options without the ridiculous guidelines of other venues. Very relaxed and calm atmosphere, a true rustic and bare bones type of place. Neutral: The location is a bit out there. This affected cell service and catering options for us, so keep that in mind. This venue really feels about 90% complete. Our wedding was at the end of 2019 and we thought the place would have been a bit more polished by then. It really skirts being rustic for rustic's sake and instead kinda felt more like they just skimped out in a few places. Cons: The bathrooms are largely unfinished and were pretty dirty to go along with poor lighting. There were no hooks in the grooms suite so the suits had to be draped over chairs. The path leading out to the ceremony area has larger sized loose gravel and uneven loose concrete stepping stones. This was a problem with those in heels and with older guests which really needs to be addressed. The following review is of our experience with the prior owners. We want to share it in matters of transparency, but in fairness to the new owners, this is not affecting the star rating either way. We received an introductory price as we were among the first to book here. The price has now changed, but was amazing for all that we got. From start to finish 11 months later, we only dealt with 1 person. They wore every hat including photographer, organizer, planner, etc. Because of this, things were a bit unorganized from time to time. All the way up to a few days before our date they were still trying to source a few things that was part of our package. Fortunately, they did come through and we had all that was promised. For the day of our wedding, everything went mostly smoothly. The owner and her friend decided to wear random tshirts, yoga pants, and pony tails. We found this pretty tacky, and unfortunately they are now forever immortalized in our various wedding photos and videos looking this way. They also brought a young boy about 10-11. He mostly ran around and ate desserts and talked to guests, but we wish they had asked if it was okay. We had a smaller wedding without many kids, so this is likely why it stuck out so much. While the planning was mostly alright and she did a decent job wrangling groups, we did have to go hunting for her a few times throughout the day. We were grateful that she worked as hard as she did, but we also felt like it would have been a HUGE improvement if she had simply hired some help or sought professional advice before trying her hand at it. We felt a lot of their growing pains, and it really didn't seem fair at times. I'm assuming that's probably part of why there are new owners however. If we had to do it all over again, we would. And we would certainly take a gamble with the new owners as well. We have talked to the new owners a few times and they have been very kind and helpful in tying up a few loose ends. Please, check this place out!

I was 8 months pregnant and they offered me snacks and water while I was getting my hair and make up done by Ashlee Medina. While Ashlee was fixing my hair and face, Rachel and Ashley were finishing up with another client, both they both would come back and check on me periodically. Ashley was chatting with me, calming my nerves and keeping me distracted by talking about her wedding in California. Once my hair and makeup were done, I got changed into my first outfit I brought. They came in and we got started. I was so worried about not knowing how to pose or how to look "sexy" but Ashley and Rachel showed me just how to pose, and even accommodated it because of my pregnancy. Once I had used all the outfits I brought, they showed me their "client closet" stocked full of lingerie, shoes, jewelry and tulle for the clients to choose from. After picking out a couple of piece m, we got back to shooting. My final part of the shoot was a milk bath. They had me wrapped up in green tulle and lay in the tub, and that had this beautiful bouquet of flowers they places around me and took amazing pictures. When I was done and cleaned off, they gave me a little goodie bag. About a week and a half later, I got a text scheduling a time for me to come in and choose my product and pay. I got the 8x8 album with 20 pictures, and set up a payment plan to pay on the 1st and 15th of every month until paid off. I went today to pick up my album and it was wrapped in tissue paper, placed in a box, wrapped in bubble wrap, and in a nice tote. I opened my album and I was STUNNED! I had no idea how these ladies could turn an 8 month pregnant lady into something as hot and sexy as they did. I loved my experience so much that I decided to book another photoshoot now that I'm no longer pregnant, and I couldn't be more excited!! They offer mimosas, fresh baked cookies, crackers and other beverages before the pampering begins! The professional hair and makeup lady dolls you up before you begin your one-on-one boudoir shoot. I never felt nervous or uncomfortable from the get-go. Rachel and Ashley showed true professionalism from the beginning to the end, even getting on the floor next to me to show me how to pose. They never asked me to pose in a way that made me uncomfortable or pushed my non-athletic physique. Thank you SO much ladies for showing me the true beauty of being a woman! Every woman should take the time to celebrate their beauty with a boudoir session. You will not regret it! Side note: drink plenty of water the night before so that you will not cramp up. Posing is a workout! Cheers and thanks again Rachel amd Ashley!
