Paul and his staff made me feel so comfor table, with everything from the initial phone call to the meeting to finances and flowers. Mom's memorial service was beautiful and I cherish the DVD I have so that I can watch it with friends who were unable to attend. Paul Kennedy, you are the best at what you do. I hope all my friends and relatives in the vicinity of Henry County will keep this place in mind for when the day comes that they are in need of this service. Also, I want to thank Paul for recommending Trent Memorials, LLC. When I called them about engraving Mom's info on the tombstone, they said they could probably do it within two weeks. It only took them 8 days and they even texted me a picture of it to make sure I was happy with it. Since I live 3 hours away, that was a blessing. Keep up the good work, y'all. I'm so glad families can rely on you guys during a time of grief.

I cannot believe Stihl authorizes these people to service their equipment. Maybe Stihl does not…read moreknow how they treat people and their equipment. Well, they will very soon. My mother-in-law took her Stihl blower in to have the primer bulb replaced. That was all it needed. That was all she wanted done. What they did to her blower was criminal. Not only did they not replace the primer bulb as she had ask, they broke the throttle lever off the carburetor when they dis-assembled it. Why they dis-assembled her blower to replace an easily accessible primer bulb is beyond any conceivable explanation or understanding. When she went in to pick up her blower after being told it was ready, she was handed a bag of parts, and a bill for fifty some dollars. They had the nerve to tell her (after they broke the carburetor) it needed a new carburetor, and it was going to cost as much to repair the blower as it would be to purchase a new one. Then they charged her fifty some dollars for their "fine" service. All it needed was a primer bulb! You can see in the attached photo the condition in which they returned her blower. If legible, the broken throttle lever pieces are circled in the photo. Unbelievable!!! Had this happened to me, these people would be in court making reparations for the damage they caused. This is truly criminal taking advantage of a person in this manner. If I heard one day someone burned them out, I just might have to smile.

I hired this company due to their message of social justice on their road sign. I see that it…read moreearned them many 5-star reviews on Google, so I wonder if they did it purely for marketing. TL;DR - paid a lot of money to have them show up weeks late, do a terrible job on the yard/kill plants, complained and had someone show up in my yard unannounced to poke around, then never heard from them again. Unfortunately, being supporters of social justice does not equate to ethical business practices.. I paid over $1500 to have my garden beds mulched, and not only did they show up for the service 6 weeks late (no calls in the meantime - I had to call each week for an update, and they assured me I was "next" on the list each time), they completely destroyed several plants, didn't mulch all the beds, and edged but didn't mulch several beds in the backyard (which were beds I did not want mulched, but now I'm stuck with edged beds and clumps of grass in the beds). I was assured the mulchers would know which plants were weeds and which were intentionally planted, but they cut down several newly planted and FLOWERING native plants. They also butchered my fig tree, which was FRUITING, as well as my butterfly bush which was also flowering. I had to run out and stop them from cutting back several other bushes, which I was not told was part of the service. I called them after assessing the damage, and asked them to remedy the situation, explaining the plants that were damaged/killed and the missed beds they were supposed to mulch. Some guy randomly showed up in my driveway later that day and started walking around the yard, inspecting plants. He didn't ring the doorbell or give me a call to say he was on his way over. After about 30 minutes, he left and I haven't heard from them since. I regret spending all this money for mulching and highly suggest that you do not hire them. My yard continues to recover from the damage they caused, and I have not heard any word from them since complaining several months ago.
