Purchased Duravana Chapel Bridge Oak flooring to do a whole house reflooring. The purchase process…read moreat the store was great as was the delivery. However, the scheduling of the installation by LL Flooring's installer SW Contractors was not satisfactory. Work was originally scheduled to start on May 9 and job was to take five days. On Sat., May 7, I received an e-mail advising me the job was being delayed until May 11 due to delays on another job. Ok, I get this and can accept it. I think it is poor to send an e-mail rather than a phone call, but ok. Job is now scheduled to take three days. On May 10 at 4:40 p.m., I received a phone call rescheduling the job to May 16, again for three days. At this point, I had already prepared the house for the installers to show up on May 11 (including disconnecting appliances as I'd been instructed to do). In addition, I'd already scheduled time off for work for the time period. Scheduler was totally unsympathetic and had no concern for the issues the reschedule was causing me. She basically said "take the rescheduled time or leave it". She also commented that if it was such a big deal to take additional time off from work that I could just let the installers into the house and that I wouldn't need to be present during the install. Uh no, not happening. On May 14, I received a phone call again rescheduling the job to May 17 but only for two days. Finally, on May 17, the installers show up. But, I received a phone call from their supervisor saying that he had an emergency and couldn't be there in person. He also said "my crew doesn't speak much English, but they are good workers. Can you show them the job?" Ok.....my Spanish is very poor so there were definite issues communicating. We had to use lots of phone apps to get everything across. At no time did the supervisor show up or call me to discuss the job, quality of work, or generally check on how things were going. I talked to the supervisor two additional times but only after his crew called when there were issues. The job actually took 4.5 very long days. The installers were here every day for between 10 - 11.5 hours working. So, again, the schedulers have no clue how long to schedule a job (two days scheduled vs. four and a half actual). I have nothing but high praise for the two workers that did the actual work. They were very conscientious and did excellent work installing the flooring. The project management was extremely poor both at SW Contractors and LL Flooring's project management office. Quite frankly, based on my experience, I would NOT recommend using LL Flooring's installation service. Their product seems to be good and local store was friendly and good to work with, even refunding money due to a price decrease on the flooring.

I recently purchased 2000 square feet of LVP Driftwood Hickory 7mm and I could not be happier with the product. I will return to this store whenever I need flooring. Install was a breeze. Great quality product.

I have contacted them about the warranty and company failed to respond even after a certified letter. We have video and photo evidence that shows complete damage to our property, even after they attempted to resolve an issue. The Flooring Company sent out a cleaning crew and painter to attempt to resolve some issue, which ultimately failed. There are numerous soft spots throughout the floors, confirmed by numerous contractors after installation. We aren't asking for perfection but a professional job after spending over $25,000 for flooring. Your business practices we have experienced has been deceptive and unprofessional. UPDATE: Owner sent me an email asking to remove my bad review or he will pursue legal action. Watch out! Deceitful! The photos reflect the condition of which The Flooring Company LLC left my property in after they completed the job. I had to complain and push to get a cleaning crew which was ineffective (I had to spend $400 to get a cleaning crew to come out after The Flooring Company LLC's cleaning crew "cleaned" the property). Additionally, The Flooring Company LLC hired a painter to patch the damage to my walls, which did a poor job. Absolutely unacceptable and unprofessional company. I'm looking forward to The Flooring Company LLC to post the final images and videos of their flooring at my property--which would be downright embarrassing for their company. See you in court very soon!

I had 4 quotes total and these guys had the best price by far and they were rated highly on YELP. So I gave them the order. The workers worked neatly and efficiently. When i inspected the work after they left for the day, I found 3 minor issues to be fixed. I took pictures of them and sent them to the saleslady, Malak. The workers came back the next day and repaired them to my satisfaction. I wanted to rearrange some of the furniture and the workers were happy to so. I recommend the Flooring Co. for tile installation
