I've had really great experiences floating here. Terrific staff who practice what they preach. I've been suffering with Long COVID for six months and have exhausted all known treatments. I figured I'd try a contrast therapy session. After a couple days of recovery time, I had the best week in months! My fatigue still bothers a little me but the nausea, headaches, and almost all the body aches are gone. I had another contrast therapy a week later and I'm back at work with a clearer head and I'm more optimistic than I've been in months. Really clean and well kept space. Love the indoor plants and little touches. It's like a version of SoCal in Downeast. They are a bit uptight about things though. Makes me wonder how long they can survive. Some time frames are unclear and we always try and comply. "I'd like to have a word with you". addressed to me about time frames. It's not an emergency room. Yes, they have a business to run like frightened fairies, but still it wasn't that much of an issue, at least not in my mind. I had a great experience at my first Float. This place is like a spa - beautifully and simply decorated and very clean and quiet. The float tank itself has very pleasant warm water with concentrated Epsom salts so you immediately float and relax. You can choose colored light or no light and select your meditation music or just be in silence. Alone in the tank I could hear my breath and feel my heartbeat. An hour later and I still feel so relaxed. The ache in my hip GONE. They have infrared saunas too and a nice lounge area to have tea and relax before you go. It's like a reset button for body, mind and spirit. Can't wait until my next float. read more

Just went to float 207 for the first time. I used the float tank and the infrared sauna. The staff was extremely polite and the facility was immaculate. I was skeptical going in, but I am a believer. I feel so relaxed. I will definitely be going again. read more
