Flo Roth misrepresented herself on the phone as having eating disorder experience. Not true and downright dangerous and triggering for patients! At our 2nd (and last)visit, Flo talked about her own diet issues, complained about the weight she'd recently put on and asked my daughter questions like, "if you know you're too skinny, why don't you just eat?" And, "aren't you hungry when you smell good food?" I was appalled! No ethical therapist would take on a patient with an often deadly illness without having any knowledge of the condition.
Adding insult to injury, she attempted to charge us a fee on top of our co-pay for using a credit card. I say attempted because I completely ignored that request and had to control myself from laughing out loud.
I'm aware that reviews about therapists are VERY subjective. I'm not writing this review because my daughter or I didn't click with Flo, but because she was not qualified to deal with an illness and said that she was. I feel it's only right for potential clients to be aware. read more
