I was a victim of this setup and was sold a shoe where the leather got off after 1st wear. I went to store for exchange and they told me that they couldn't do anything on this incident. I am now taking this incident for legal action. The store personnel hardly speaks English and its very difficult to have a fluent conversation with any of them including store manager. The end to end experience from sales to trying to resolve an incident was a total nightmare. I had visited quite a few Louboutin stores in the past and the experience at this store is nowhere close - I even doubt if head office is aware of how the local staff is damaging their brand big time. Possibly better that they close this branch to preserve their brand image!
