In my message, I asked them to slow down, as I have small children, and I asked for a call back. I just received a voicemail in return, swearing at me and yelling that he was the driver of the truck, and if I didn't like him going 55 mph I should "call the goddamn township" and have it changed. I tried calling him back numerous times, but he kept answering and ending the call. I am shocked that a) a man would speak to a woman like that and b) respond in such a way, when I simply asked him to slow down because my small children play there. I've filed a complaint with the police, and I've saved the voicemail. I will tell everyone I know how the owner of this business talks to people. Unacceptable.

We had an issue this summer where it was discovered our fence installer had breached our septic field with a fence post, in fact a few fence posts. The damage was not cheap to repair but if not done? Would cost far more in the future. The fencing company was playing dumb and refused to acknowledge their error, even with PLAT maps, drawings, and a walk through the property on site with me. Tom, the owner of Haban Septic? Not only defended our position, but informed and basically educated this fence installer, that if they wanted to speak to Wisconsin Department of Natural Resources, huge fines would incur. Tom took 50 photos of the damage, went out not once but twice to show the fence company, AND spent 30 minutes on the phone with the owner of the fence company explaining what they did. If not for Tom at Haban Septic basically being our educated and expert witness? We would have been stuck with thousands in repair costs. The fencing company settled with us 100% and is re-installing the fence line next week, with Haban on site to assure there is no recurrence. I contacted Roto Rooter and was met with an automated message and elevator music. I quickly hanged up and contacted the next company on the list, G&G Rooter. Kory answered the phone on the first ring. I gave him a brief description of the issue and provided him my address. 5 minutes later Kory was at my door. 20 minutes later the problem was fixed. Kory rooted my sewer main which was clogged with a toilet paper. he also cleared a plugged floor drain and replaced the access cap Kory was very knowledgeable and provided advise to prevent a future issue. the bill was reasonable too. about $200 dollars less than I expected.
