Unlike most trainers, he is committed to you reaching your goal and he won't break you to do it. He's works you hard but you always feel good after the workout! His positive attitude and good nature makes the session enjoyable. Definitely a motivator! So hard to find trainers committed to the person! He is truly a good find! He is not stuck on just the machines either. You might kickbox one day and then another jog along side you he next (although truth be known my "jogging" is jog for a little bit and then gasp for breath walking, repeat. Lol)

Went three days a week religiously. We both were members at the local Gold's and had trainers there. We both thought we were in fairly good shape. Yeah, we were wrong. The trainers at PF care, take the time to get to know you, and even in the group setting take the time to correct your form if you are not doing it correctly. The format of the class is go, go, go. Warm up, arms, legs, core, and cool down. They always have Groupons, try it out. And take it from me, don't quit after the first class. Make yourself go back for more. It gets better!

This gym has 2 levels that offers anything you could think of! I love that it's two levels so even though it's busy, you can get away to the second level & not feel so compact. The free weight section could be a little bigger in my option because that's probably the most popular. But there's a meter on the app that will let you know how just the gym is which is a really nice feature to add. The gym & locker rooms are always clean, the spa area is also very clean! I always have goodluck with service when I go. If you're suspect about it, you can go do a tour before you commit!

Bring that flu to the dojo and get everyone else sick because if you don't show up, we will kick you out but gladly keep your class fees. Grateful doesn't adequately capture our family's appreciation for Camp Jumpstart. Our daughter,…read morewho also struggles with an intellectual disability, was given an enormous gift this Summer -- the opportunity to reclaim her sense of self-worth and build life long healthy habits. She was a camper for eight weeks and her personal transformation was remarkable. She gained much more than the 23 pounds she lost -- confidence, discipline, new friends, a set of "tools", and a sunny outlook on life. She is committed to continuing-on with what she's learned at camp and we are supporting her by fully modeling and adopting the same lifestyle. Thank you Jean, Jeremy,,camp staff and counselors -- you are life savers. Jean - your good name is invoked regularly at the kitchen table. To anyone considering this camp: we found this to be a safe and exceptionally well-run organization. Important caveat: Jean expects full engagement not only from the campers but also from parents and siblings as well. That was a deep attraction for us!

We were feeling desperate and scared...we knew change had to happen for our daughter, truly for all of us in the family....and it needed to happen outside of our home. When we found Camp Jump Start we knew it was our solution. The environment of unyielding encouragement, focus on self awareness, positive emotional mantras and the ability to find resilience in herself has changed her. From the very first phone call after one week, we could hear the change in her voice....the hope in her words. It literally brought us to tears. She left camp after 4 weeks, having lost 20 lbs, but looking like she felt 100 lbs lighter, with a spirit of accomplishment that allowed her to know she could do "it"- whatever it was. Jean and her staff at Camp Jump Start truly care about making change, one child at a time. The mission is clear, unyielding, supportive and successful- in so many more ways than numbers on a scale. They have our continued support, gratefulness and recommendation.
