OK to be honest I don't know where to start. I unfortunately booked the three tickets with this company. They were supposed to fly out on the 9th of July 2025 on the ninth last Saturday. I got this Saturday gone Saturday before I got a confirmation saying that the flight's been cancelled, it's been a week or more than a week now that I've had conversation with this company fly catchers and Pegasus airline Back-and-forth and nobody nobody is trying to help whatsoever. The only thing they're trying to do is charge me every time I ring up for them to do a fake new flight with somebody else to charge me twice to try to change the flight and they lie to me I've explained to them why I'm pushing for these flights because my sister-in-law she has cancer and she's only had a couple of weeks to live and she wants to see her sister and my two kids. I've explained all this to them. I said to them I have the medical report. I can send it to them if they need to. I begged them please to sort this flight out anyway that they can the only thing that they're trying to do is charge me to pretend that you are they are your friend and your brother and sister and they're trying to basically pretend that they are helping you but then no they're just giving you a Runaround. I've spoken to several people one of the main guys that he is I spoke to The the first time was called Mr Masoud Masoud Siri he's the biggest liar and the most ignorant person I've ever spoken to when you asked for a or a supervisor they lied to you and then I put a negative review on Google and TripAdvisor and I got a phone call straight away. Couple of phone calls a person called Mr Naeem called me Naeem or Mr Nadeem whichever they call me and they apologise to me and said we understand that I've got three people working on your case we are going to get the ticket sorted out for you but the only thing that we are asking you if you could kindly remove the review And they said to me give me 24 hours will get your ticket sorted out for you so I did I remove the review and I will waiting for them to sort it out soon as the review was removed a couple hours later I called up to see what was the progress They literally turn around and said to me we've tried everything and we can't do it for you until then, I've been speaking back-and-forth to them again and again today they tried to charge me £1490 at once then now they're saying that will charge you 900 and something pounds And they just constantly want to get money out of you while this cancellation wasn't our fault and this is not a holiday. I've explained all this to them and to be honest I'm sick and tired of them. I will never ever recommend anybody in the worst condition. Deal with these guys all the reviews that you see that they got five stars after when somebody put a negative reviewthey get their friends family with a different phone with a different SIM card and IP numbers trying to come Put positive review which is fake you can tell because one negative review you have about four or five positive reviews straight away and I will prove this and put this on the website. I bought round trip tickets 2 months ago. Received my flight ticket 36 hrs before. I called American to verify the flight because of the reviews. American stated that the ticket was just paid for less than 24 ago and it's only a 1 way ticket, and it was booked with a different credit card. American also stated that it looked like the company tried to book the return flight but cancelled it multiple times because it had 11 different confirmation numbers! Thank god I booked extra flights just in case weeks before after I read reviews! I was able to use the ticket that global flight catchers (flights nest) gave me for my flight out. They then called me 2 days before my return flight was supposed to leave and stated that the flight was completely booked and wanted me to change my dates! I obviously told them no and I wanted a refund. They are supposed to issue my refund! We will see! Also, my friends went through the company to and was supposed to join us on our trip to Colorado but was not able to come. They received the tickets the night before they were supposed to leave and 1 was able to get a boarding pass but the other was not. American said that they would need to come to the counter. So they got up the next day for their flight early, went to DFW, and was told that the ticket did not go through. Basically the payment that the company submitted did not go through and they didn't have tickets at all. The company told them that the ticketing office wasn't open yet that they a Would have to leave the next day! My friends decided it was too much of a hassle and went home very upset that their first ski trip was ruined! They had already paid for a condo for 4 nights! The majority are Asian names but even the reviews with British names write like they are Asian. This is true for every review site they are on. YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED! Originally posted on Trustpilot (13.05.24): After booking our flights with them I was approached on approximately 25.07.23 by a rep from Flightcatchers to see if I wanted to book seats that were together on our Air India flight to Goa via Mumbai, returning to Heathrow via Delhi; I (foolishly) said yes. They quoted me one price (around about £140) and then asked me for more money when I booked them because "the prices had gone up". This turned out to be a complete lie. They eventually charged me around £155 (for seats that were free) and took about 5 minutes to arrange. When I checked the seating positions they had actually put us in (free) seats next to the toilet on a night flight!! I made them change this. I ended up paying a further £12 for seats at the front of the plane for our flight in to Dabolim (something i did myself). To add insult to injury if I had looked in to it a bit more I could have done this directly with Air India myself with the reservation code for free and the £155 they conned me out of could have been spent on buying actual seats in much better positions. Their communication was good throughout but cancelled out by their con tricks. Please use these people with caution and also wait and see how many 'positive' reviews follow this one. Every negative review is followed by half a dozen positive ones; probably not a coincidence. I was very worried after reading the reviews when I made payment for these tickets. I had no problems!!!!!!!!!! Thanks to Alvin, I got a good price for the tickets. The service was excellent. I had no problems, the tickets where held for 2days, when I paid the money in full, I was sent an invoice with the booking refernce, receipt of the full payment and confirmation of my travel, through my email. I also received my tickets the same day, via email. I even went online to Virgin Atlantic and they had my booking. I was able to select my seat and menu for my flights all in the same day. I bought some flight tickets to travel in July 18 through one of POLANI TRAVEL agent GTS BOX LTD, while I was expecting to receive the etickets to plan for other stuff, I was unfortunately told by the travel consultant that the airline have increased the taxes therefore I was required to pay extra £3000. I was furious and very disappointed because as a travel agency and managing my bookings, they have the obligations to inform their service users about any changes that might affect their bookings as it is stated by the package and travel regulations act 1992. I have just booked some tickets with this company through a man called ALVIN from Manchester to Islamabad. I have had the best experience. I cannot fault the service I have received. Maybe its the other members of staff that are giving a bad service. Always ask for ALVIN on extension 418, he is the BEST.
