While the prices are good, the customer service was disappointing. I wasn't greeted, acknowledged, or asked for my ID until I was already at the checkout, which made the experience feel unwelcoming. read more

Best dispensary in town, if you haven't checked the new flight club you're missing out on a LOT!

I just got my license, and as a first time customer I was very happy with my visit. The staff was super friendly and helpful with any and all questions I had, and I had a bunch. They have a wide array of inventory and what I've tried so far works great for my needs. Can't wait to come back! Thank you Flight Club for assisting me today! read more

I'd give it 5 stars cause honestly this place is cool but they people working there need to mention that the ATM doesn't charge a fee now, so instead of using the terminal debit reader which charges you $3 every time just use the ATM and save money. To get my money back I won't be tipping like I usually do, treat the customers better ya know, it's the small things that keep us coming back. read more

id like to start with first they have the best selection I've seen and I've been to many different spots, tae who helped me out was awesome, very chill and helpful, the value was amazing as well where I usually spend $40+ for my choice of cart it only cost $23 there!! will be my go to place from now on read more

The Venum Cherry Gelato Key Lime Pie carts are cheap (i.e., eight carts for seventy bucks), tasty, and effective. Huge selection in this Norman superstore Friendly counter service CBD products on site, as well -- no OMMA card required for purchase read more

The supply I bought lasted me way longer than I expected. It tasted frivolous and it was all at an extremely good price.

Anytime I walk in when Mary is working, I know I will be going home with a smile on my face in addition to exactly what I needed in product.

That budtender Mary sure is friendly and knowledgeabl! I'll come back just bcuz of her.

I went in and dealt with Gracie as my budtender and received and ounce of flower that contained a piece of FECES. When I called to kindly ask them for a refund of OTHER flower of a swap, I was told that I could NOT get a refund and that there was nothing wrong with the flower in the STORE. WELL DUH... THE FECES IS IN MY DRAM WITH FLOWER BLENDED INTO THE FECES! OMMA will be contacted. read more

Flight Club - Cannabis Clinics Near Me - Norman, Oklahoma

I was in yesterday and bought an eighth. Their card readers were having issues connecting. The first register it wouldn't go thru so they switc to the other register with the same issues I thought it had went thru at one point but she insisted it didn't and I need to pay cash so I used their atm and got cash. This morning my bank account showed it went thru. I called them and the manager was supposed to call me with a solution by 3 pm I still haven't heard from him and I needed something else so I went in person and was told he was in a meeting and couldn't be bothered. I told her id wait so she finally got him. He came out and asked for the receipt which of course got thrown away yesterday with the bag so he wanted to see where it was taken from my bank account which I opened on my phone and showed him the back to back transaction from the atm and his register. He proceeded to click on several things within my bank account insisting that it wasn't processed. My account will show processing if it is still pending the date shows it's gone thru. He continued to argue with me that it would just disappear and my money would come back. All I asked him for was another of the eighth that I paid for twice yesterday. I told him I did not appreciate him going thru my bank account the way he was and got quite upset. He finally just told the girl give her what she wants very rudely I think I'm done shopping at Flight Club read more
