Absolutely the worst! Info given to Vivien, the owner I understand. Told she'd get back to me the…read moresame day. Waited two days, called her and she said she was busy with other bookings but PROMISED to get back to me within two days. A week later and absolutely nothing. Made other arrangements but gave Vivien the courtesy of telling her how unhappy I was. She gave some excuse about turning my plans over to someone else and they tried to send everything but to a wrong email address they had on file. hmmmmm Sure won't use them again!
