The ladies that work in the office are very nice. That's the first and 2nd half of the one star. Their knowledge/honesty on the collection of the loan fails miserably. I entered into a loan in February 2020, and began paying, and paying down faithfully, every 2 weeks. Enter Pandemic 2020. As millions of Americans are laid off, hours cut etc, my family fell into hardship, (face first , into the curb.) I called the office to ask about closing out the loan, as I knew I didn't have the installment money. I was told after the auto-withdrawal failed (bounced), it wouldn't be tried a 2nd time, I'd receive a collection letter, and could pay on a final amount, including bounced check fees. I was fine with this. I let the process happen, and waited on the collection letter. Two weeks later, during my next pay period, two things happened. First, I woke up to an alert from my bank. It was payday, and my account was $117.xx overdrawn, due to Flexible Finance. I immediately called the office, and was cheerfully told "Disregard the letter, your account has been paid." No, My account was robbed, based on the information YOU provided me. The 2nd, I checked my mail that afternoon, and there's a notice about the "Bounce" that happened 2 weeks prior. Now, here I sit, in even worse dire straits than I was in to begin with. Yes, I could go back to Flexible, but I refuse. There's other predatory loan companies out there, and since I'm in this ugly place, I'll be dealing with them instead. read more

I will never use another payday loan vendor again! The ladies at this location were wonderful, I couldn't imagine the experience going better or feeling more comfortable with the process. Ms. Marilyn and Ms. Kim were fantastic! They were kind, supportive, compassionate, friendly, gracious and most importantly, grateful when I told them I found them on google & the amazing reviews are what led me to choose them. I explained that they had great reviews & they asked if I'd mind adding another and when I said I'd planned to do so they both thanked me profusely. They made sure I understood the process, what was expected of me & what I could expect of them. They answered all my questions and even the questions I didn't think to ask with kindness and gracious attitudes. They greeted each customer that walked in while I was there & were able to connect with the customers that must've been long time customers asking about family and their health. That made me feel comfortable knowing that I wouldn't be just another debtor or name on a form. Thank you Ms. Marilyn & Ms. Kim for being able to relieve even just a small amount of my stress.
