It's a SCAM! My daughter sent me flowers and paid extra for the delivery on time. The bouquet was left at the door and got frozen because the delivery man didn't ring the bell. I do not trust this company with delivery. I ordered the Voeux Merveilleux deluxe (extra flowers) and glass vase to be delivered to a client in Quebec city. There is a description and picture of what I ordered on their web page. See photo on right. I paid $143.63 CAD (Incl taxes). I order flower delivery in US and in Quebec quite often for my clients so I know what expect for $100. The arrangement delivered was a MUCH smaller and less expensive arrangement missing several of the flowers that were supposed to be in it (with no replacement for those missing items). See photo on the left. I emailed the company twice with a photo of what was received and it is clear that what they delivered is not even close to the one posted on the web page (I paid extra to get the Deluxe package as well). The web page states that certain flowers will be in the arrangement - it is apparent these or anything similar was missing and there was NO replacement. read more

I ordered something nice for my mom through Fleur Concept and by paying a delivery surcharge, was promised a delivery today, on Mother's Day. It is now 8:15pm, no flowers, no note, no email, no phone call, nothing. AND don't try to reach them by one of the 3 phone numbers that are listed, because you'll get the same damn answer: "sorry our mailbox is full, you cannot leave a message". For those of you who, like me, have family members in Quebec, I urge you to NOT buy from them or use their services. I wanted my mom, who's alone at home, to at least have some sort of happiness today by getting a nice bouquet of flowers to show how much I appreciate her. I'm pissed! So damn pissed! read more

Ordered online for a delivery in Quebec City for Mother's Day. Order was flowers in a vase with truffles. Only flowers were delivered. Notified them within 2 days of the missing items. After 2 months and multiple communications Fleur Concept only refunded $10 for a $120 order. Do not trust this company to honour any online orders as their integrity and customer service are abhorrent. Many other bigger companies to choose from. read more

My son ordered flowers for Mothers' Day. He even paid a surcharge to guarantee delivery on Sunday. I never received the flowers and even worse, my son did not receive any notice of non-delivery. Since Sunday he was trying to reach them but of course, no one answered the phones. I went to the store this afternoon to ask why there was neither a delivery or a notice. I unfortunately was met with complete arrogance. The person had absolutely no compassion for the situation (of which I was one among many, 1700 according to this woman). There was no excuses no regrets for this lack of service. There was only arrogance. This person was impolite and defensive. I wish the owners would have been there to witness such client service ... unacceptable ! .... both the situation and her attitude ! FRAUD ALERT. Avoid this florist. They take your money and don't deliver your flowers. They come up with excuses to keep your money. I ordered flowers on 4/28/2022 for delivery on 4/30/2022. I got several confirmation emails that everything was in order and that flowers would get delivered as promised on 4/30/2022. When I followed up with the recipient on 4/30 at 3:30pm, they told me they had not received the flowers and received no calls from the florist. I called the florist immediately and they didn't answer and their mailbox was full (they close at 4:00pm and I called multiple times between 3:30 and 4:00pm). The Bloomex Canada customer service responded to my emails but refuse to refund me. All they wanted to do was to deliver flowers 2+ days later or give me a store credit. Why would anyone in their right mind trust a florist that doesn't inform you they can't deliver on the promised date, doesn't offer any compensation for missing an important delivery and declines to refund the money paid. Fool me once, shame on you. Fool me twice, shame on me. I can't trust these people because they're not transparent and can't acknowledge their mistakes. I am reporting this florist to Visa and disputing the charge. read more

Everything is amazingly beautiful and artistic. You'll see their work decorating the better restaurants in town. They have plants, flowers and seasonal decorative items. Prices run on the high side- $90 took a sm/md bouquet of flowers and turned them into an art piece. read more
