When we went to check out, the cashier looked at the book, and immediately walked over to say something quietly to a man behind the counter. She looked at us strangely and rang the book up. They were remade 3 times because everytime I could not see through the lens because they were too strong. After going back the 3rd time I just knew they had them right this time because they lowered the strength and this was the 3rd try. How bout they were still too strong. I was told to take them try to see if my eyes would adjust to them. I took them drove in them, went to mall and struggled to see, it was awful. I then drive back to Mother shed and left the glasses. I told my the helper I can not see through these glasses. I tried calling back to talk to Dr, but was treated as if I didn't matter. Ask for Dr to call me. No call....this is by far the worse business and service I've had when buying eyeglasses. I'm not suppose to struggle to see through my lenses...I guess I will get a refund and I might look for a new Eye Dr. I use to like Mothershed but they have dropped the ball. They are not the only fish in the sea!!!! A disaster by far!!!

They did not order it like they were supposed to and it came in WAY too long. Every appointment after that for alterations were horrible. I felt SUPER uncomfortable and the seamstress wouldn't explain things to me when I didn't understand. (I'm not a big dress wearer so all things alterations are gibberish to me). When I went to my last appointment to check them gem, I didn't like it because I felt it was too short (you could see the tops of my feet) and I was given nothing but attitude and basically told I was wrong for not liking my hem. Now I've picked up my dress, got home to try it on and show my mother, the hem is EXTREMELY uneven. Like, she just completely forgot to cut half of my dress. (We're talking a good 2-3 inches of extra fabric). The lace is peeling up I'm pretty much every spot it was re-laid (can't think of the correct word) AND I was charged not only for all the alterations (which is obviously expected) BUT ALSO the custom length order, that wasn't even done. So now I'm 2 weeks out from my wedding and i have to fix my wedding dress MYSELF because they did such a crappy job. I will never buy from here again or recommend to anyone.

For a pawn shop that obviously makes a lot of money based off their fancy store, this place is trash. Learn how to treat your customers better. I will never spend anymore money at you're store no matter how good of a deal you have. I will also never recommend anybody I know to go to your store. Poor management. Horrible staff. Horrible business antics.
