After bouncing around between different barbers for years, I can finally say I've found my guy. Andres is the real deal. I'm pretty particular about my hair, and finding someone who consistently gets it right is harder than most people think. Andres takes his time, listens to what you're looking for, and pays attention to the little details that separate a good haircut from a great one. Every fade is clean, every line is sharp, and everything is blended perfectly. What I appreciate most is that I never feel rushed. You can tell he genuinely cares about the quality of his work and wants you walking out feeling confident. The haircut always looks great when I leave, but what really stands out is how well it grows out over the next few weeks. That's usually how you can tell whether someone is truly skilled or just good at making it look nice for a day. On top of that, Andres is professional, easy to talk to, and makes the whole experience enjoyable. The shop has a great atmosphere, and it's clear that customer service matters here. If you're tired of gambling on barbers and just want someone who consistently delivers, book with Andres. I wish I had found him years ago. He's earned a customer for life, and I've already started recommending him to friends and family. read more

Don't go here they are so rude. They also are so disrespectful, they claimed they didn't know how to achieve the style I wanted and proceeded to cut my hair! And the manager was rude as well. Please spend your money elsewher! read more

I walked in (no appointment) for a fade and some off the top and was helped right away. Got my hair cut by Mike who was friendly and very meticulous about my cut. He took his time to make sure the fade was smooth and lined up my edges. He also kept my bangs looking natural and not bowl cut lookin' like some barbers do. Hadn't had a cut in a few months so he rlly got me right. Also they played some bangers in there and the place was a good vibe overall. Well worth the $$. 10/10 recommend. read more

Excellent barbershop. My first time visit. The haircut was exactly what I wanted. Good group of barbers. I will make this my go to barbershop. read more

I moved to Sun City Center, Florida from Chicago this past December. In Chicago, my barber cut my hair for over 25 years. I thought it would be hard to find a barber who could cut my hair the way I liked it and cut it like my former barber. Well, I found Rigo! He did a fantastic job on my first visit. After a few tweaks here and there, I will feel--and look--like I am sitting in my former barber's chair. Thank you, Rigo! See you in March! read more

I have been here a few times. Rigo does an outstanding job. He is so precise. Never had a bad haircut. I watch all of these guys. They take their time and you can tell they really care about the finished product. I highly recommend this barbershop read more

Actually, the haircut was terrific, the barbers are nice and the place is friendly, the price is fair. Why then only 1 Star? THE BARBERS ARE UNVACINNATED -- and proud of it. That's really a shame, since I thought I finally found a place I liked. Bye -- won't have my business any longer. read more

Great barbers-- every one of them takes their time and truly excel at their art. All of the barbers are incredibly nice and their shop is always tidy. I usually see Ike, he always listens to my requests and gives me the best bald fade! read more

I have supported this shop from the day it opened. However I was extremely disappointed with the attitude of the owner/manager and the barbers with respect to vaccinations. At this point there is no excuse for any adult not to be vaccinated, especially if you work in close contact with the public. According to Gabi, "It is our right" not to be vaccinated. It is the right of customers to avoid such people as if they were lepers.. read more

I feel like this could've definitely been a five star rating. The barber (who I will not name to save the reputation) did a fantastic cut however, the following day my son complained about the two lower left and right corners of the back of his head itching. The next day both sides had razor bumps which he NEVER had. I had to take him to the dermatologist to get some relief and he confirmed it was from unsterilized equipment. You guys need to definitely make sure your equipment is sterilized well ESPECIALLY given Florida's current climate of COVID. I'm tempted to believe that when the barber borrowed clippers from the station in front, that may have been where the contamination came in. read more

This is a great little neighborhood barbershop. The entire staff is very friendly and welcoming when you come in. They're definitely busy and sometimes you do have to wait but that happens anywhere you go that's busy. All my friends go here and I'd recommend this place to anyone looking for a great haircut where all the barbers are meticulous about their craft. read more

I was wolfing for like 2-3 months Man I went here and got skipped on multiple parts of my head. Waited two hours to get my waves messed up. Waste of time and money idk how this place got 4 stars but it should be 1 or 2. Now I gotta cut my hair off and start all over. read more

I took my son here to Flawless Blend Barbershop today and we were walk-ins and got assigned Kenny as our barber. Kenny asked what he wanted for his haircut and the main thing we emphasized was that my son wanted to leave the length on the front like it was, and Kenny said OK. However, when he cut my son's hair, he cut over half of the hair length off in the front (multiple inches). I could see my son upset after the haircut, almost in tears from unexpectedly having the hair cut off that he had purposefully been growing for months, right after he asked for it not to be. I asked Kenny why he didn't do what we asked, and he kind of arrogantly said that he did not think it would look good if it was long, so he just did what he wanted to do (despite what we wanted and asked for). I didn't even know how to respond to that. Of course, I would have like to have known and would have appreciated it if he could have informed us that he was going to abandon doing anything requested prior to conducting the haircut to see if we would be ok with it or if we wanted to go elsewhere if he felt he could not do it. Anyway, I have never left a bad review for anyone or anything online before. I believe if you don't like the service, you just don't go back. However, in this case the effect of the service is emotionally upsetting and are lasting since we can't simply put the hair back on, it will take months to regrow, and he will be walking around for a long duration with a haircut that he did not want. My son is really upset, and I feel terrible for doing this to him by taking him there today. I did leave a tip, having not ever not done so at any barber in my life, but I am seriously regretting having done that now and wish I had not. I have been to this shop before and used another barber, other than Kenny, from which I did have a good experience. However, our experience today was awful, and I wish so badly I could undo taking my son there, but I can't since the damage is done now and can't be undone. All I can do is try to warn others so hopefully they don't have a similar experience, particularly with the Barber, Kenny. read more

I've had a cut here before, my kid get's his haircut here every few weeks, we've always had a good experience.

Gabi is outstanding!! he's the only person I know that understands my hair and how I want it. It's a lil pricey but he gets the job done right! I've moved to Florida a year ago and I've been to every barber shop and none of them can cut my hair how I want it. I recommend this place to anyone who's looking for a great barber. Everyone there knows how to cut hair and I know I'm not the only one that's noticed. read more

Clean shop with a great theme. I've been several times and haven't had a bad haircut. They are one the more expensive barbers in this area so it's something to consider. Never had to wait long because of the rotation of barbers they have which keeps it moving. Overall good place read more

I asked my barber for a trim and what did he do he cut so much off I can't even run my finger through my hair

New to the area I am trying different places. I want to add this review as I believe that the one review received did not express enough aspects of the experience. Waiting is one experience, but not the only one. I went there at about 11am on a Saturday, I new there was going to be a wait. As for others coming in and being waited on, based on what I saw, I agree that many come in, add there name and kill time in the area (this in in a small complex with many thing to do near by), the issue is that there is not much (if any) resources spent on managing the clients (and there are many). There is not much (if any) resources spent on maintaining the shop cleanliness. When I did get waited on (in order that my name was on the sign in sheet) the hair cut was great. The entire time I was there, all barbers were meticulous and attended to the haircut in front of them. The only downside was that it was expected to be paid in "cash" and the fee to use a credit card was $2 - I paid cash. Also the price was not as "advertised", now I by no means felt I was cheated or overcharged. My rating is based on 1. I don't ever give a 5 as that suggests there is no way to improve and 2. the other negatives. So if you want a good hair cut at a fair price then Flawless is a good place to go - just not Saturday mornings if you are in a hurry. Some kudos... the theme is very "guy". It is based on automotive, the barber stations are all craftsman tool boxes, the decor is very "auto shoppy" (is that a word?), and each station has a compressed air hose instead of a blow drier (no sink) - men don't get a wash. They are very busy, so they must be doing it right for customers to return and to recommend. The friendly atmosphere was nice, but I can see how someone might feel like an outsider. read more

I don't do reviews but imma put y'all on real quick. Always my go to barbershop and ask for steph everytime the first barber who knows how to cut my hair flawless every time never messed me up for two-three years. all of them are great but steph my go to always it's worth the wait and the price. I brought my two sons here today since this shop recently opened in our neighborhood and is closer than the one we usually go to in Apollo Beach and to support local business. It was very busy so that was a good sign. It went down hill from there. We waited about 40 minutes and were skipped by three other walk-ins. After the first one, I'm thinking, "well maybe he had an appointment and didn't just walk in from off the street and immediately sit in the chair while myself and another girl waited patiently ( she was actually skipped because she was so busy blabbing on the phone that she missed when they called her name-unprofessional!). After the second one, I was like "really!?".My business must not be important to them. Then the third one who sat for two minutes gets signaled to sit in the chair. We walked out and spent the $30 bucks plus tip at the next door East Coast Pizza. I will never come here again. Going back to the Very Best Barbers in Apollo Beach--GOODBYE! #poormanagement read more

This shop is a joke ! Barbers don't refund you if they mess up on your cut ! Just wanna warn everybody before it happens to you .

This is my regular barbershop and have been very satisfied with the work. Lots of experienced barbers if you don't have a favorite or regular barber be assured that all of them are great.
