When Dushan opened up his own salon, my stylist went with him. I followed. Now it's 2014 and Julie L. grew up and had a family, so she left the salon. I did not. I now see Helena as my stylist and I couldn't be happier. My wife and the rest of my family goes to her when their follicles could use a little more air. She's great at what she does. Dushan always greets me with a smile and a handshake. It's a great atmosphere. Now I'm a dude, so it's not difficult to cut a dude's hair. Unfortunately my hair grows incredibly fast so it takes a talented stylist to make sure I can go 4 weeks without my head feeling like a wookiee in the dead of summer. Helena makes sure I'm comfortable until my next cut. She's awesome. The salon is clean and comfortable. The staff is more than accommodating. The customer service is beyond incredible. I have not had any other service other than the hair cut/style and color, I usually only get highlights and lowlights. Ignore the parking signs out front that say only 15 minutes as that is for the next door bar patrons. They are in the parking lot where the CVS is on the corner of Hall road and Hayes. When she rinsed my sisters hair she got water all down her back and then left her sitting for over 30 minutes with dripping wet hair and drenched blouse as she rinsed my hair and attempted to cut my hair. My sister finally told her that she was cold and asked if she use her dryer to dry her own hair and shirt but she wouldn't let her so she had to sit there cold. She totally missed cutting my hair the way I wanted and I left with short hair instead of shoulder length. My sister only had the ends of her hair trimmed. The cost for the horrible service 210 for me and my sister was charged 210. 420 wasted on horrible service. I will not only never come to your salon but instead I will share the awful experience we had. So disappointed in your salon. HORRIBLE don't go there

David does my hair and his brother Dylan does my oldest daughter's hair, and they are both wonderful. My younger daughter usually sees a different stylist each time she comes and she is always happy with her hair. Even my son has a favorite stylist here. Their prices are very reasonable and every stylist they have does great work. It can be hard to get an appointment at the last minute, especially if you want to see someone in particular, so it is always best to call in advance. I can usually get in within a week to 10 days from when I call. The salon itself is very clean. I can't imagine going anywhere else to get my hair done.
