Great ride! Smooth track. Friendly staff. Newer and polished! Would recommend. Can sit solo or with a small child. Go at your own pace. Buy tix online and save time. Open year round.

This is the newest downhill roller coaster type attraction in the Flathead Lake area. Definitely good for a bit of a thrill to liven up the day! It is brand new so everything is in great shape. The ride is super smooth, quiet, and the controls were easy to operate. The ride itself was longer and faster than I than expected. Staff was friendly and approachable in answering questions and giving instructions. It can be a bit pricey but it's worth at least one go!

Amazing experience! Staff was super friendly. All our riders had a blast whether they were choosing fast or slow speeds. Definitely recommend the 3 pack; you'll want to do it more than once! My son got the Emerald Stash sluice bag and got huge crystals and opal, he was over the moon! Say hi to Carl! He's absolutely the gem of the place!

Took our family of 6, ages 11 to 53, and we all had a terrific time. Sydney and Sarah were wonderful, as was Mike, who retrieved my cap for me. Everyone seemed happy to be working there, very personable and interested in the guests having fun. We also did the mining, and a good time was had by all. I would definitely recommend

We thoroughly enjoyed the Alpine Coaster. I took my family there, including three grandchildren and it was such a fun and amazing experience. We loved the videos and pictures that we purchased, which were reasonably priced. A great visual reminder of the fun we had. The staff were welcoming and helpful. I highly recommend them.

The staff was all super friendly and they did a great job of explaining everything and making sure we felt safe and comfortable using the equipment. The ropes course is a lot of fun and the higher up course is definitely a challenge! Our eleven year old was able to do the higher up course, but our seven year old opted to skip that and do the bounce house which was fun for him. Both kids had a blast in the splash pond, and the food at the neighboring cafe was delicious and fresh! I would highly recommend a visit to this place if you're in the area and want to do something other than hiking or site seeing. A great value, really nice folks, and tons of family fun!

Conveniently right off the road to Glacier National Park, about 30 min from Whitefish. Surprisingly clean bathrooms, really enjoy the cranberry ice foam soap. Nice little deck with coupla heat lamps for folks who just want to hangout. They also have a full service snack shack serving fries, onion rings, fried mushrooms. Pro tip: the pork nachos slap. Got the aerial, climbing wall, lake slide, and inflatable package. Basically a kids dream (and mine!). Aerials came with full harness and helmet. Recommend bringing some gloves if it's cold out. Course allows traversal in any direction so if there's no line you can zip line back and forth to your hearts content. There are 4 short zip lines and 1 extra long one. This is way better than a zip line only adventure. Obstacles are all doable for a 9 and 11 yo. Would have enjoyed this with the whitewater rafting package too. Super fun place.

Glacier Highline - I found an employee and asked to plug in. He said go for it. Unfortunately it popped their breaker and deflated the bounce house!

You can paddle if you want but not required. There were 4 boats in our group. We floated down the Flathead Middle Fork River. The current keeps you moving so while you are floating, you are making decent time down the river. A few mild rapids make it fun. The guides were wonderful. They worked so well as a team and their camaraderie was fun to watch. Ella was the lead person and she was the guide of our boat. She told us interesting facts and answered tons of questions from us. I felt like we were in the adult boat because it was all older couples and not kids which was awesome. They give you a chance to jump in if you'd like. Our boat passed on getting wet, but the others had kids and family members that made the cold plunge. Eagles and Osprey were the wild life we saw. oh and lots of fish. This was a great experience. The main building was empty except for a couple of employees selling tickets. I thought it could definitely use a refresh but we were not there for the lodge. We rode up 2 lifts to reach the top of Whitefish Mountain. There are two peaks you can take lifts up and we went to the higher peak for one if the longer hikes. Both lifts were easy to get on, getting off was a little sketchy as we had to quickly jump off and move several steps forward to avoid being hit by the lift. Thank goodness for the lift operator assisting people off the lift! I'm sure it's much easier to exit when skiing. The ride up was great. Such beautiful views! There is a small bar/restaurant at the top with amazing patio views and a restroom. We hiked down the Danny On Trail From the top. There are plenty of trail Markers so you cannot get lost. We did see a sign warning us of bear activity while hiking but we never actually saw any animal activity, not even a deer. A majority of the trail had beautiful views of Whitefish Lake. The lower part of the hiking trail was covered with dozens of people picking huckleberries so you just had to navigate around those groups. The hike took approximately 3 hours to reach the Alpine Slide area. You could ride the slide down or jump on the ski lift to go down. Whichever you purchased tickets to do. There are is also a separate trail for mountain bikers but we didn't cross those trails until closer to the Alpine slide area. We purchased tickets for the Alpine Slide so we jumped in line which went quickly. There are two slides to choose from. One slide is "fast" and the other is slower and more scenic. We chose the scenic as it was our first time on the slide. You can also choose the speed as you navigate down the slide. The slide drops you right off at the bottom of the resort so you can walk directly to the parking lot. I would definitely recommend the hiking and Alpine slide. It was very scenic and a wonderful experience.

The only reason why I'm giving them 4 stars and not 5 is because they have absolutely NO SECURITY CAMERAS at the ski racks. I went inside to buy some pictures that this ski resort took of my wife and I and 10min later I came outside and my skis were stolen! Be careful! The ski resort said they could pull the security footage and after they made me wait 40min they said they actually didn't have cameras pointing to the ski racks so there was nothing they could do! Ridiculous. My rental skis were stolen and they did nothing to try and find who did it. They should 100% have security cameras pointing to the ski racks!

For the best experience, definitely get there early and allow plenty of extra time for activities if you're staying outside the park, as traffic can become heavy, especially along Going-to-the-Sun Road. If you're new to the park, I also recommend booking one of the Red Bus Tours. It was a great way to experience the park without the stress of driving or parking, and the guide was very knowledgeable. The Apgar Visitor Center staff were also very helpful and gave great recommendations and information for navigating the park. Overall, it was an unforgettable experience and somewhere I would absolutely visit again.

Yeah... I repeated that for a while dragging myself up one of Glacier's long, soul-crushingly gorgeous hikes. The views? Unreal. The vibe? Humbling. The legs? Suffering. This park makes you feel small in the best possible way, like the universe is laughing with you, not at you. Sadly, no bear sightings (which honestly feels like Glacier's version of a refund). But I did snag a sweater at the visitor center, staff were so kind I half expected them to adopt me. And let's be real: you'll probably run into a crew of hot Canadians wandering over the border like it's no big deal. Glacier has everything, cosmic philosophy, scenery that'll fry your brain circuits, kind staff, and bonus eye candy from the north. 11/10, would string-theory again.

We all had varying degrees of fishing experience - from beginners to more experienced fisherman - and all had a great time. Our two guides knew the area extremely well and took care of everything on the trip, which allowed us to focus on reeling in 18 fish total - all of which were trout. They even filleted all the fish for us on the boat before we left, which was very appreciated since I don't know the first thing about handling fish. In full disclosure I do not like eating fish at all, but the experience of being out on Flathead Lake with experienced guides that know the history of the land well was more valuable to me than the fish we caught. So even if you don't like fish, it's a great way to be on the water, to hang out with friends, and to learn a lot about the area. And to have such experienced guides taking care of the essentials made it immeasurably more enjoyable.
