The gentlemen that completed my project were excellent. I want to express my gratitude to Thomas, one of the workers on the my project. He kept me apprised of the progress on my house. At the completion of the project, the three gentlemen walked around my property with me to ensure I was totally satisfied with their work. They corrected all issues identified. In reality, they caught many more issues than I saw, and made the corrections willingly, professionally and most importantly, expeditiously. I will definitely use them for future projects. I am writing to express my family's deep appreciation and thanks for the amazing job the A-Best…read moreteam did in painting our 37-year-old home in Coral Springs. After getting five quote estimates, we decided to go with the A-Best team based on three factors: 1) A strong referral from our neighbor who had used them in the past 2) The level of detail that Jack (their estimator) provided to us in laying out the Scope of Work for the project and 3) The reviews I had read online from other customers. The project involved not only painting the exterior of our home but also cleaning our roof. Our home includes a gabled roof, wood, brick, and stucco. So, the job was a bit more complicated given the different kinds of surfaces that needed to be painted. And the house had not been painted since 2010. The entire team that came to work on our home over several days included: Eddie, Carlos, Keith, Larry and Weber. They were each very friendly, very professional, and very meticulous and neat in their work. As the project progressed, the team did a great job in communicating to us their progress each day, as well as identifying areas of concern that needed special attention. The project took extra time due to the heavy amount of rain we had last week. But to their credit, they wanted to ensure that they could complete the job under dry weather conditions, resulting in a much better finished project. In the end, we were extremely happy with the results. Our home has a completely new, modern, clean look with very attractive curb appeal. All of our neighbors have weighed in with very positive feedback! I cannot offer enough thanks and appreciation to the entire A-Best team. I think the guys are really hard working, and do an amazing job! They are the kind of hard working people you would want as your neighbors. I will be using them on other project work we have planned in the near future: Some dry wall repair and interior painting. No need for me to get other bids - I feel that confident in the A-Best team!

Sure enough they came in the morning and worked tirelessly all day and completed all four jobs, including smoothing a cement wall, changing an area of drywall, changing baseboards, painting, changed the fascia and reinstalling an outlet related to patching a hole in an exterior wall. We are completely blown away with the attention to detail and the quality of work. PLUS they cleaned up the whole mess and left the leftover supplies. We are so happy. We immediately asked them if they were available to do more smaller jobs around the house and they were nice enough to do a couple of them that same day for a very fair price. Plus they were just nice and easy to communicate with. I would hire them again in a heartbeat without reservation. They are worth every penny.
