The rest of the reviews most haven't had that in the family. This place was overall one of the…read moreworst ever. We were in Naples and business, dinner here is it traditionally 7 o'clock and later. I wanted to have a more customary evening and perhaps start dinner at seven. I had something in mind, which was not this place, we walked to many local restaurants in around 6 o'clock and Minnie weren't open. This place was and was trying to entice us to come in, and so often they do. We chose not to initially. We continued to look for a good seafood restaurant. As I was starving and getting Hangry, we gave up and decided to just go here. It was mostly steaks and burgers. We each I was mistake that was around €18. The flavor of the steak itself wasn't bad, but the meet was extremely tough. Our waitress didn't have to speak English and we had a very difficult time communicating our desires. But one of the worst part was the wait. Again , we were the first one in the restaurant, placed our order, waited over 30 minutes for it to arrive. They never return to offer additional beverages. Four people came in after us and by the time we were ready to leave they still have not received their food. Once we were done eating the challenge was getting the check to leave. The waitress brought her dinner from the kitchen to the dining room and set down and begin to eat. I understand that customers are different I'm on various countries, but common courtesy should be universal. At that point I get up and asked for the check. I would highly recommend you find someplace other than this one to go. The staff were friendly enough in that they smiled and conversed as best they could, but overall there's nothing here of any value for anyone.
