Haley uses all the technology available to gather and process your tax information and you can still drop off hard copies to her -- love this option. She is thorough, professional and always available for questions. Her pricing is affordable and approachable. I HATE doing taxes and Haley makes it so easy, and less painful during this time of year. We had used another CPA our first year in Idaho and his rates were equal to our mortgage payment -- and he forgot to add our capital gains so had to get that fixed in a rush before the due date -- which did not help with instilling trust in his services. Go with Haley -- you will have no worries with her expertise and timeliness. She is GOLD.

Michael has been my trusted go-to consultant for years -- not only helping me to navigate the nuanced landscape of operating a small bi-state business, but also applying his practical expertise to quickly and painlessly handle my multi-state personal income tax filing. I am planning to expand my real-estate operation in 2024, and Michael has been prompt, professional, and creative in our conversations thus far -- he even proactively got up to speed on the specifics of the Schedule C (Form 1040) to help advise me on future short-term rental investments. Michael brings a "partnership mindset" to these conversations: giving me the "bottom line" information I need, but also patiently helping to educate me on the broader State and Federal tax codes and ramifications. New hires were under constant pressure with unrealistic expectations and no meaningful support. Turnover was extremely high--most people hired with me either quit immediately or were let go. Although management later tried to downplay it, the situation was uncomfortable and unnecessary and showed a lack of proper leadership and professionalism. He asked some in depth questions to ensure he understood the issue and I emailed him some documents for review. He told me that he would have a reply within 48 hours. On mid Monday morning, well short of the deadline, I received a call from Cameron detailing the changes that I needed to make in regards to my LLC and he provided me with some extra guidance going forward. I felt that he cared about me and the success of business and that he wasn't the type of guy that was looking for a quick buck. I feel very comfortable to continue my business relationship with Keller CPA should the need arise. Highly recommended.
