Apply some of the sauces it comes with and seriously was fantastic. I also got to try 4oz of their Japanese A5 Wagyu. Super expensive; $80 dollars for four ounces, but worth the experience. You cook the thin pieces over a hot stone and apply some of the seasonings like salt it comes with. I cooked each side for about 30 seconds, sprinkled some salt, and it melted in my mouth!
