The website noted 2-day shipping. After a week I reached out via email and was promised a response, which never occurred. Two weeks later UPS is showing yes a label was created, but the packet/flags have yet to be received. Simply dishonest with the shipping period and dishonest on the status. read more

I ordered patriotic bunting. I thought the quality was very good. Only complaint was shipping. I paid quite a bit extra for overnight shipping but it ended up being delayed by a day. This was true shipping time, not processing time. Lucking I built an extra day into my schedule but wish I hadn't paid so much extra for the shipping. I will keep supporting this small business as long as they keep offering great customer service and their descriptions match the quality I receive. People are too quick to grossly hurt small companies because they don't take the time to read the details of what they order. It's a shame that they don't give a small business a chance to work things out before taking to leaving terrible reviews. It's why we keep losing them left and right. I hope others will stop and think before acting. It's not that hard to read the description and look things up before making a purchase. Placed an order for 10 dozen blank 12x18 flags on a stick. I just recently opened them and they are HORRIBLE they haphazardly cut, different shapes and sizes and a complete mess. I called and spoke to someone who asked that I send pictures, which I did. I called back and he claimed he would call me when he received the text and I never got a call back. I ordered a flag on 8/20/25 & was supposed to receive it by 8/25/25. On 8/27/25 there still was no tracking info, I emailed them & was told it was being shipped now. 8/30/25 still no tracking info. Was told they didn't know who was working on this. When it ships the tracking info would be there. 8/31/25 still no tracking info.
