I took my phone into CPR in fine working order with a cracked screen which they replaced. When I picked up the phone, it did not work. I worked with Apple who agreed the phone would not work. I requested a refund on the screen replacement. The owner said he would refund my money if I brought the phone back and they would put the broken screen back into my phone. When I arrived, the owner decided NOT to refund my money. WARNING - if you give CPR an operating phone for a screen replacement, you are taking a huge chance your phone may not work when you pick it up. Crooks. Took my laptop to have the screen replaced. They ordered the part, then after the technician tried to put the screen on, he broke the bezel and realized the screen was the wrong one. Ordered a new bezel and screen, it still didn't fit on. When I called to ask about the status of my laptop because I need it for school, they told me they need to watch more YouTube videos to learn how to replace it. They were also extremely rude. Had an issue with the light sensor on my iPhone after I had that screen replaced by them as well. If you don't know how to fix a certain device, just say so! The owner also pretends that he invented IPTV and actually tells customers that to get them to buy his device . Would give 0 stars if possible. read more
