I called Fix Brothers to find out if they could replace my kitchen sink faucet. They agreed to come the following day. The guy showed up right on time. He was very polite and got right to work. The faucet was very old and he couldn't get it loose with the tools he had, so he left to go get more tools. He came back and worked on it for a quite a while. He still couldn't get it loose. It was really rusted and wouldn't come off. He finally had to leave for another job. But George, who I had been communicating with the whole time, told me he would get someone there later that day. Our water was off and we weren't able to turn it back on, so we were really hopeful they could finish that day. It took a while for the same worker to finish his other job, but he came back at 8pm that night. We couldn't believe it. He had to cut the faucet off the sink, but he was able to do it without damaging our sink. And he was able to get the new faucet in. We are so happy with it! We will definitely hire Fix Brothers again for other jobs. Thank you so much for sticking with this job until the end even when it wound up being much more challenging than any of us expected. I've used Fix Brothers twice now. Once to repair a very hard-to-open front door. Next to repair a refrigerator door handle, and bathroom door that sticks. The first time the repairman showed up in flip-flops. I thought, this is interesting. But don't be fooled...they fixed my door like expert mechanics. They repaired the door like professionals on a mission. I was very impressed. A few months later I called them back a 2nd time. This time no flip flops, but it was the same guy, so I was very happy. They again fixed things quickly. The prices are affordable too, in my opinion. I really like them, and will use them again in the future.
