The photo they've put up on hotels.com for reference.

Oh dear God, run away!! Took one step inside the room and couldn't breathe from the cigarette (and piss?) smell, this was a non-smoking room allegedly. The corner chair was so stained and greasy looking it should be burned. The bed spread was torn, given the state of the chair I wasn't touching it to get anymore details! I really hope the walls are that color from a poor paint color choice and not cigarette smoke and lack of cleaning. The bathroom door was slightly stuck and opening it gave even more cigarette stench. The toilet seat lid was missing and the toilet is dirty. I noped out immediately. Went to the front desk and complained and was told, "they can't help the smell since they are renovating." Cigarettes and piss smell a lot different than new paint. Offered a renovated room for an extra $50 and refused to give a refund. I contacted hotels.com and they gave me a full refund.

Dirty bedsheets in the third room they tried to offer us.

Every room they tried to offer was incredibly DISGUSTING. BLOOD ON SHEETS & WALL, GRAFFITY ALL OVER THE WALLS. The remote didn't even have batteries. The floor was sticky & just over all inhabitable. It's surprising they are even able to offer these rooms. The threshold was literally sticking up and tripped me into the restroom. This hotel doesn't even deserve to be up & running with all its conditions.

We booked online for smoking room, but gave us smoking. I told the young guy that I have asthma and allergies but he didn't care. He said that I had to pay more for a smoking room next time and that they had none available for this price. We went ahead and took it since it was Friday evening and couldn't find affordable rooms nearby. When we got to the room, it was dirty. AC had no cover, roaches coming in and out of compartment. Fire code violations, no smoke detector for a room being marketed as smoking. Graffiti all over, hole on wall, broken socket and fixtures. Only 1 light works plus bathroom light. Stains on walls. No phone in room for immediate assistance. Loud hammering noise started at 7am. All this issues were brought to their attention, but non were accommodated. I'm not telling you what to do, but if I were you, I wouldn't go to this hotel. You will regret it. See photos.

This was the mini fridge outlet.

My husband stayed here for the cheap price. Boy was it Cheap for a reason! First room was run down and the toilet wouldn't flush. They switched his room and the second room didn't have hot water. When he told the lady, her instant reply was you complain too much! She said she had her allergies and would go outside to check after the gardeners left?! Never checked or followed up with my husband.

    Hole in wall room 311!!

My stay at the Five Star Inn was unbelievably horrendous!!! There was a needle filled with black stuff sitting on the window sill in the bathroom. It could have been heroine or fentanyl!! What if we had kids with us...?!? What if we had touched that shit...?!? This is not only a health hazard, but it's a risk to my well being and a risk to my life and my safety and my health!!! Also, no light in bathroom, and no lock on bathroom door. Huge hole in wall in bathroom. Then there were bugs around the refrigerator!!! ‍‍‍ so gross!!! And no help was given to me when I asked for a different room. All I got was a "sorry and there's nothing we can do for you, it's non refundable...?!?? "‍

More biohazard spit dried on the wall (there was more throughout the room)

This place needs to be shut down, on hotels.com the rooms look great, that is not the fact once you show up. No non smoking rooms available, they rent out by the hour for hookers (which I witnessed), they charge you a cash fee once you show up even though all fees and taxes were supposed to be included, very rude employees and I honestly felt that if I left my room with my things inside that they might not be there when I get back and I'm talking staff not other lodgers. No blankets on the bed, just 1 flat sheet, stained and dirty towels. Bugs under the top mattress. Needless to say I didn't stay once I saw all of this. Luckily I booked through the website and they sent me somewhere much nicer after the fact. Again, DO NOT STAY HERE!!!

Poop on the shower curtain, cigarette bud next to the disgusting. Went home couldn't even sleep there waste of money.

Serious Safety and Service Issues - Not What I Expect From Hilton…read more My husband and I stayed here using his Diamond account, and the experience was troubling enough that I feel obligated to warn other travelers, especially families. 1. Noise & A Sleepless Night We specifically requested a "quiet room" in our reservation note because we had an 8‑hour drive ahead during a winter storm. Despite this, we were placed on the 1st floor next to a heavy exit door that slammed loudly starting at 4:00 AM. At 5:35 AM, I went to the lobby to ask for earplugs or a room change. The night auditor appeared to be dozing and was initially unresponsive. When I finally got his attention and told him about the noise and my reservation note, he was dismissive, stating we should have requested a change earlier, such as when we first woke up at 4:00 AM. He offered no earplugs or assistance and said nothing could be done until a manager arrived at 9:00 AM. 2. Troubling Discrepancies & Billing Errors At 8:30 AM, we spoke with another staff member about the morning's events. Shockingly, she told us our reservation note did NOT include a quiet-room request. Instead, she claimed the internal notes we put in were "lower floor and away from elevator"--requests we absolutely never made. While the latter part of the note about payment methods was still visible to her, seeing our "Quiet room" request vanish and be replaced by different notes was incredibly unsettling. When I questioned this discrepancy and expressed my disappointment in the night auditor's behavior, she labeled me as "aggressive" for simply trying to understand what happened. Furthermore, when we checked out at 10:00 AM, I asked for a receipt with a zero balance for my stay with the payment cards listed because I was worried that the payments wouldn't be handled as promised. She insisted that she could only print out the folio as is--one that showed that we still owed the hotel for the night. She claimed she saw the payment arrangement put in by the check-in staff and that the balance would be "handled accordingly." Despite this, they mishandled the charges, and it took us another hour on the phone later to get the payment settled. 3. Customer Service Breakdown Between the lack of sleep, the unresponsive night staff, the unexplained changes to our reservation notes, and the hostile tone we received, we felt completely dismissed. My husband spent hours with Hilton Corporate trying to get answers. Ultimately, corporate forced us to choose between a standard room refund or points for the night, with zero acknowledgment of the staff conduct or the compromised reservation notes. Bottom Line I have always trusted the Hilton brand, but this stay left our family feeling uncomfortable, unsafe, and unheard. I strongly urge management to review their overnight staff procedures and system integrity so no other guests experience this.
