It is definetely a "get it done" vibe - you probably won't be chatting with everyone else working out. They have TV's around the screen that displayed other people's heart rate/calories burned. I'm not sure how you get your info on there but it was a cool touch. The gym is bigger than you'd think. They have a whole section with cardio, a section with weights/machines, a cafe, a larger misc. area that had random machines and cycling bikes, a clear room with large mirrors (great for yoga) and a separate room that had CrossFit equipment. The gym is really nice! I learned they recently expanded. On top of the really nice shiny new equipment and clean work space, Nicole did a really great job supervising and scaling the WOD for my mom. It really showed her that she doesn't need to start off with a 300# deadlift just because it's CF. The workout is safe and accessible for all skills levels and walks of life. I'm not sure if it's per COVID, but you need to reserve on an app called MINDAPP in order to reserve a time slot to go workout. They currently have around 12-18 stations depending on the day, with strength training every other day. There's generally only one person allowed per station, and early Saturday and Sunday classes fill up very early! Saturday is a 1 hour session, highly recommend reserving a head of time, Sunday concentrates more on abs The trainers are engaged with the clients and help them with the form and technique, and what I like about F45 is they are not a typical cross fit gym where they recommend swinging weights for maximum repetitions, but they care more about the technique so you don't get injured!

I've officially been a member since March 2024; still showing up and challenging myself. Initially you will have a period when you look at everyone (comparing yourself) but everyone is SO SUPPORTIVE. All ages, co-ed, showers available, and mini lockers (optional)... wait you have a weird work schedule? So does all the coaches/owner. Lol! Classes available starting at 5am til 6:30pm - about 5 sessions or more and some days you'll have open gym. Bonus - they have physical therapy onsite (appointment only). HPCF has exceeded my expectations. It had challenged my body in ways I never would have imagined, and I have had a great time doing it. There's a number of Zumba classes available and all of the instructors Sarah, Grant, Rachel and Jenny are great! The music selection and the dance moves are fun and each of them has their own style with the steps that are easy to follow. All make you feel welcome like you're part of a community. I take Pilates, Barre and TRX with Evie and she's fab as well. She makes sure you are doing the moves correctly and that you work up a good sweat in those classes. She motivates me to keep pushing myself to go further than I think I can in those classes. I recommend them all!

I got to class 30 mins early to learn the process, rules, equipment, etc. I'm a science nerd, so loved that this company really looked at the science of working out and made it super easy. Now the workouts, not so easy, but it's based on what you put in and your fitness level. I love that I compete with myself. I love that there is a cheerleader motivating you. I love that the community there is so helpful. My OT neighbor helped me through my first class. Amazing peeps. I signed up for the premium membership. Even better than Lifetime Fitness. The level of support, accessibility, cleanliness, equipment, hours of operation, atmosphere and environment (I could go on and on) is extremely superb. I have lost over 100 lbs in the past year and I definitely attribute that to this gym and its facilities. I recommend to everyone I know, I've added my own family members and plan to add more when they move here, and I am so pleased with Matt and his team of trainers. Matt's professionalism yet welcoming manner really sets the tone for the whole gym. They have multiple packages to choose from and they aren't too expensive considering all that you get. They have a women's only room, a cinema with cardio equipment, personal training, plenty of classes, a bar for protein shakes (not really good IMO) and a kids zone. The locker room is always clean. I'm a 5:00am gym freak so it's the same 15-30 people in there with me everyday but this place gets PACKED after work...especially now since it's New Years Resolution time. You have to wear a mask and some of the cardio equipment is closed off for social distancing.
