I've had Five Guys at other locations before and really enjoyed it, but this experience did not match. We had to wait quite a long time for our food. The staff were not particularly enthusiastic or friendly. And the main negative part was that the fries were suuuuuper oily. By the time we got home, our bag was soaked and the fries were clumpy. :( But for a positive, our burger was fresh and yummy. read more

This is one of my favorite burger joints right next to In-N-Out in comparison. In some respects it's almost better because of the extra options you can add onto the burger and the meat patties are just as filling and tasty. However nothing beats the freshness and simplicity of In-N-Out. The cajun fries are always a nice option and you can't go wrong with free peanuts as an appetizer lol although it can make for quite a mess; surprisingly enough the inside was clean and organized. My only gripe is that I wish that had an outdoor intercom to hear your number being called, since I sat outside on the outdoor patio dining tables I couldn't hear when my number was called. All in all this place never fails to hit the mark for me and is an easy go-to when needing a fast food burger fix. read more

Great fries especially and very solid burgers. Loved the fries; skin on and natural. Double fried as they should be! Awesome!

Burns a hole in your pocket and in my opinion not worth it. Regular size burgers are $9 without fries. Shoot for the $30 spent here, four people could eat at In n Out. I get it it's a east coast thing but honestly it's not great. The burger meat needed salt, the buns get mushy/pasty and everything ends up slipping out the bun. The cheese dunno doesn't even look like cheese. I was also bummed that the jalapeños tasted like bell peppers- not spicy at all. The shakes are way too runny- uff. The fries - meh. Well at least they load you up with fries. No complaints about staff or cleanliness. read more

It was my first time eating at a Five Guys and I have to say the burger and fries were so good. The restaurant was clean and there was a lot sitting area. The service was good, the girl that attended us was helpful in explaining how you can built your burger. read more

Super disappointed in the customer service, both here at the store and at the corporate level. We have been coming to and supporting this Five Guys for years. I was watching kids for the evening, while the wife was away. We we decided to call-in an order and pick-up on the way home from our errands, for convenience of course. When I arrived, I told them I was there for the online order for Ryan. They handed me the food, and we drove home. When we opened the bag at home, it was completely the wrong order. Clearly someone else's food - it was 4x4 burgers with only mushrooms, and nothing else. Gross. Not something we could've eaten anyways. And clearly for a different 'Ryan'. Here we were with hungry kids and no dinner. Pissed. I tried calling the store, no answer. Tried for 20 minutes. Then I called corporate, explained the situation, and they assured me they would reach-out to the store to have me compensated. Since getting the kids back in the car and driving all of the way back to the Five Guys store was NOT an option. The next day, nothing. I called corporate again, and was again ASSURED that I would be contacted. A month later, and absolutely nothing. Never. Again. For shame! read more

There's always that debate between in n out and five guys, and to be frank I'm really not biased for either one- each has their strong points. While In n out has great affordable burgers and fries I feel that five guys is more wholesome- I am aware that in order for In n out (or for any business in general) to maintain costs to remain competitive, they have to cut down on the overall quantity of their service. That said, I really enjoy five guys, their Cajun fries and their foil wrapped cheeseburgers leave me satisfied every time and consider it a blessing to be able to have access to both in n out and five guys read more

I have scheduled a later time to pickup on later time on website. They had an option to let them know when we head out. I clicked that thinking maybe I can get there 30 minutes early since I'm available at that moment. But after I arrive they said since I scheduled later time will need to wait, they just start to cook it. But the food taste good and their attitude is nice, so it's still a 4 star business. I've been there three times so far whenever I'm getting my physical therapy. It's the closest walking place. I'm happy with the experience so fast with friendly and hard working staff. I usually order big bacon cheeseburger (lite mayo, lettuce and with fries and drink. I love the drink station and my meal one of my favorites. read more

This review is not regarding the burgers which I love and I think beat in n out any day. Today's 11/24 @12:00 pm and it's currently closed? Doors are locked and no ones inside. Just ate here 20 minutes ago. I asked for the bun to be extra toasted condiments on the side, lettuce and extra onion only. The bun was toasted on the outside and gummy on the inside, and looked like the staff member smashed it before putting it in the bag and one small piece of yukky lettuce and a small amount of chopped onion. I went up to ask for a new bun and for it to be toasted. An employee walked away without asking what I needed then another employee took care of getting the bun toasted. So I sit down to eat again, the meat tasted old and the fries were not good, it was like I received someone's day old food. Pretty disgusting and won't be back. No quality control here. I don't mind paying a little extra but I want my moneys worth and it needs to be good quality and it better taste good as well and it needs to be hot. read more

I was super satisfied with my meal and service. The food was super juicy and delicious. The staff was very courteous and helpful. The place was super clean and the restrooms were fully stocked. The manager Luz even came out to check on our table while we were eating our food. We will definitely be back soon. read more

So after hearing all the reviews, and hearing everyone rant and rave about this burger place, I have FINALLY tried Five Guys Burger and Fries. Food: Ordered the cheese burger (which is more like In-N-Outs double-double) and regular cajun fries w/ a medium drink. The burger was decent. It reminded me of burgers that are made at a bbq. But I wouldn't label it the best burger I've ever had. I got my burger with all the toppings (its called 'all the way')! My burger fell apart cause there was so much going on inside of it. The cajun fries were good. Had some nice spice to it. And they really pack your bucket with fries. So it might be wise just to share your bucket of fries. My cousin got the little bacon burger. And he said it was good and the bacon was crispy. Lines: The line can get long. When we got there the line was outside the restaurant. (Luckily we ordered online) SO my suggestion is to order online and skip the line and go straight to the pick up area. Service: Service was good. I asked them to have my burger ready at 7PM and they had it out on time. One of the waitresses even came by our table to see if she can help us clean up. Final verdict: Yeah it was good,But would I drive all the way out there just to eat there burgers? nah. The burgers weren't life changing enough. lol. But if i was already in the Rancho area then I might stop by. Depends if i'm able to make my order with my phone or not. :P And its also one of those things that you gotta try at least once. read more

This a late yelp review...let's take it back to a hot summer day in July 2019 before the world went upside down Riding my electric skate board on a hot sunny day and it runs out of battery this board weighs about 20+ pounds so it isn't easy to carry all the way home in this heat. First thing came to mind a nice Coca-cola walked in here just for a drink they got that 100 flavor soda machine already off to a good start went out sat on the bench decided to get some food... Double cheeseburger, pickles, ketchup, jalapeños, bel pepper and mushrooms and a order of medium fries. This place always gets the order correct! I come here often with my 15 year old and we get many different items. And I've never had to send back an order for being incorrect. And the people here are always friendly! The Cajun fries are a must! Please note that servings of fries here are HUGE. So order accordingly. My son raves about the delicious milkshakes the do a good job blending the ingredients. Great place to go for a quick dinner! read more

Love the food, but they seem to be joining this BS trend of places closing seriously too early. The signs on this place literally say, in huge lettering, 11a-10p 7 days a week. It's only after parking and walking up to the doors to we see a little piece of paper taped to the doors, showing they now close 2 hours earlier. Either change your damned signs, or honor the hours. You aren't short staffed, there were at least 7 people inside pretending to not see me, so what the hell? The pandemic is ending, it's time to return to normal. Honor your posted hours! read more

I really appreciate businesses offering curbside pickup and was delighted that my local 5 Guys offered it. Placed an order online and was on my way. Arrived on time and called the store to let them know I was there. The phone line was busy so I waited. Called again and nothing. Almost 30min later I got fed up and was forced to go inside. Good thing I remembered to bring my mask. Once inside I told them the issue. Turns out the phone was on mute and nobody, not even the manager, bothered to check. The place wasn't even busy, only a few people waiting. By the time I got home my burger was soggy. The lettuce tasted like garbage. What's the point of offering curbside pickup if you leave your phone on mute? Absolutely ridiculous. Should have told them to redo my burgers but I wanted to get out of there. Food is alright, not the best. Everything is overpriced (burger 7-8, Fries 4, drink 3). Burgers do taste like home grilled burgers but nothing amazing. Fries weren't that great. They have disappointed the last few visits. People are friendly, but the food is not up to par. Tonight, their fries tasted like the oil hadn't been changed. Tasted like stale, burnt oil. The fries weren't even a golden brown. They were just brown. The burger even tasted like the grill area hadn't been cleaned in a while because it tasted like burnt bacon. I initially thought to give this place only 2 stars for being so darn filthy, I Man almost every table had crumbs, dried ketchup or napkins on it. The free peanuts and peanut shells in the floor was also kind of annoying...don't ask me why. Maybe because it reminded me of Northwoods Inn and...nevermind. LOL As for the food, it was pretty good. The burger is not as good as In-N-Out but their Cajun Fries def are better. So yes they have extra toppings including Bacon that you won't find at In-N-Out buy it is double the price!! Five Guys "Regular " burger is a double so I am comparing to a Dbl-Dbl We got 2 reg. Burgers, one Reg. Fry, 1 Reg. Drink and it was $26 dollars compared to about $14 at In-N-Out for the same order - yeah the F.G. Burgers are bigger and more filling so lots of you will cal BS and say there is no way to compare the two. They both make good burgers and I will still go to both, but I will be going to In-N-Out more often! read more
