I suspect this is not really our sort of place as it seemed more of a alternative therapy place than a pragmatic application of podiatry. Wouldn't recommend it to anyone as a close to home option, though I imagine they aren't lacking for customers in this demographic. Was good to see an option that doesn't do what we need though, as it makes you more aware of what we need as a customer rather than just accepting upselling tactics.

Verity was very professional and thorough in her testing. She gave me several treatment options for the torn muscles in my lower leg. She made some adjustments to help hips as one leg was longer than the other from the injury, she also offered needling and gave clear instructions for exercises to do each day so I can get back to long walks.

Like most medical ancillary services, it's expensive and ongoing for certain issues and health care never covers everything, but the advice and conciliatory nature of their customer service has been impressive so far. I'd recommend this service (it's not a bulk bill service, so forget that if you're contemplating) for anyone who has not experienced good care.
