My mother and sister had several meeting with Carrie and had everything planned out. Everything went exactly the way it was supposed to. We had our rehearsal dinner there which made things very simple. As soon as the rehearsal was over we sat down for dinner. Much better than leaving and trying to sit in a noisy restaurant, especially since there were children present. The food was good and fresh. The day of the wedding the bridal party arrived early and we had a beautiful suite with plenty of mirrors and outlets for hair and makeup. One of the bridesmaids and I went down to the men's cabin to check it out and my goodness it is gorgeous! It was a wooden cabin with a pool table and large flat screen tv to keep the boys busy while they get ready and wait. The wedding itself was supposed to be outdoors, but it was raining. No problem they moved everything inside and it was never a problem. The dinner after the wedding was delicious. Everything was so well put together and everything that my sister wanted. It was gorgeous! The staff made everything super easy and if there were any issues we sure didn't know about them. I also rented an inflatable from party station rentals for my sons 4th birthday. It was a surprise for him and they showed up early to set it up so he wouldn't see it. They had it set up quickly. It made the whole party! All the children loved it! I will definitely be using party station rentals for my parties in the future! So hassle free and easy.

Although I don't think it's too much to ask for professionalism, which was shown to my fiancé and I by many other vendors we were using for our wedding, so I felt that this would be a fair review to leave. When my fiancé and I were engaged last October we had planned on a short engagement of 6 months, so we set our sights on April 25th, 2020. We centered our relationship from the beginning on the values of our Christian faith, and began to make living arrangements together in Nashville based around the move in date of April 25th. Therefore when the unforeseen pandemic "COVID-19" sadly struck our nation, it made the option of rescheduling our wedding to a later date not possible. We had planned a huge wedding celebration, with an expected number of 250 guests. Well as I'm sure everyone could guess, COVID forced us to change our plans due to government mandates. Therefore we decided to have a small intimate celebration with just close family. Which meant we wouldn't be able to have the huge celebration we had planned. Due to this we began to contact vendors to see what they could do for us, a few offered to pay us back our deposits over time, and some even paid them back fully, respectfully due to these circumstances being out of our hands and theirs as well. When we reached out to PSR events, we were told the $1000 deposit for tables, chairs, and linens was non-refundable. To be fair, my fiancé did agree to this in an email conversation with a sales representative, although I don't believe any contract was signed. My bigger problem is she was told that the owner would be reaching out, which never happened. I also reached out to the company with no response by PSR back on March 27th. I'm not saying that we deserve the whole $1000 deposit back, but I do think it would be professional for us to discuss some possible retribution due to no service being given. That's a lot of money, and look I get it, I'm sure PSR is feeling the effects like everybody else. Although I believe that true character is shown in the worst times, and sadly PSR has failed in my opinion to show a good level of character and professionalism that all businesses should strive for. I truly do hope this issue can be resolved and that PSR can reach out to us to at least explain what's going on and possibly discuss a way to make it fair for both sides. Update: Issue resolved

Great experience the 1st time around, so I decided to check in here weeks later. His hospitality was very appreciated. The A/C didn't work all night, but i didn't want to bother him & he told me in the morning that any time i need something or if something isn't working, to contact him at the front desk. I very much liked him. 2nd experience & 3rd experience, the woman was very rude & stand off-ish, my stay wasn't as pleasant or accommodating. She scoffed at me when i walked in bringing my son's items into the room like she was inconvenienced by my presence. Funny how the only review here was from six years ago and the toilets STILL don't work. I said something about it the 2nd time and it wasn't until my 3rd stay here (the next day) did she send her daughter with a plunger. Did not help they need to get their plumbing fixed because my 1st stay here with my family, my brothers joined rooms toilet didn't work. I decided to stay here 1 last time in hopes for the best, but that was my last straw because there was an infestation of ants that ruined all the food i had. The ants got into my son's sealed formula container. My mom stayed with my son & i and told me she was bit all night from the ants on her nightstand. She didn't eat so the older man in the front desk can't blame the food that was left out. I asked if i can be compensated with a room or refund & he said they don't do that. I thought the woman was rude, but this man tops her rudeness. The older man must be her husband. The bedding probably hasn't been washed in years i had rashes, however i enjoyed my initial stay here that i didn't let it bother me. My family & i will no longer be going back. Thank you for the stay but no thank you. I hope you treat your other customers nice, lady because you are not at all a welcoming presence. You should be more like your brother, he was very nice. Too bad i'll never get the chance to thank him for his kindness. It was honestly the best thing to 1st see when arriving to Kentucky. *EDIT TO ADD* i was advised to contact the Health Department to file a complaint. Which I now will be doing, considering between now and the past 5-6 years, the plumbing issue still has not been fixed. on top of the ants and roach and bed bugs infestation. Thank you.

I've traveled a lot and have stayed in hotels & sometimes motels all over the country, some of the places I've stayed have been in large cities where you can expect to get a bad room sometimes because of the amount of people staying. But you would expect in a very small town that a hotel would have a decent room! Well that is not true! The rooms are so nasty that I won't sleep under the cover on the beds! I pulled the very outdated, nasty bed spread off the bed and went to Walmart and bought a throw to put over me! Then the bathroom is horrible! It's dirty, so again I have to go and buy cleaning supplies to clean the bathroom before I would take a shower! The phone in the room i guess is just for looks, because it's not even plugged in nor does it even have a cord to plug it in! On my 2nd morning I get up for work and go to the bathroom and the toilet won't flush! I take my clothes off to take my shower and the shower won't work!! I go to the front desk to see if I could go to another room to take a shower and nobody is anywhere to be found! So I have to go to work without a shower on my 2nd day of work! When I get home from work the lady at the front desk tells me that they will let me switch rooms because the shower and toilet is not going to be fixed in my room for a week! So I have to pack all of my things and move to another room! The lady at the front desk I find out owns the hotel and she didn't apologize or anything for the inconvenience! I checked in on Sunday and today is Wednesday and there has only been 1 other guest in the entire place since I checked in! And with all of this, the price isn't cheap! They gave me the bill when I checked in and for 2 weeks my employer paid $874.00 and that is with a discount!! So please if you are in town for any reason and need a place to stay go somewhere else!!

    I rented 350 chairs and 27 tables for my daughter's wedding. I worked with Vanessa on reserving…read morethem and she was helpful to respond quickly and make any changes necessary as the wedding day approached. The problem came when the chairs arrived. We ordered 175 white and 175 brown wooden chairs. The white chairs were dirty with some mold but we were able to clean them with some work. The brown wooden chairs were scratched, broken, and covered in mold. We cleaned them repeatedly, but could not remove the mold. The wooden farm tables were chipped, with crooked legs and water stains on the tops. The 8 and 10 ft. banquet tables had plywood tops with holes in them. Several of them needed 2 tablecloths to cover them just to hide this. I called and was told that "We've been renting these chairs for like 20 years, so there are going to be some scratches on them" and in regards to the mold "I guess the last people that rented them left them out in the rain". That was their explanation for the condition of the chairs we received. I asked to speak with the manager, Austin, and he was not available for several days. He did answer after many calls and said that the condition of his chairs and tables was the "industry standard" and that as far as the mold, he might need to do some re-training with his staff. I called repeatedly and he was never available to speak to him again, as he was either out making deliveries or out of town. I asked for at least a partial refund for the broken, damaged and moldy chairs and have yet to receive anything. Please just be warned about this company. You will not get what you think you are paying for.I asked for the owner's name and contact information, but was told they really didn't know who owned it. I feel like the owner would like to know how this business is actually being run. I am including a few pictures of the chairs and tables, but there were just too many to include them all.

    First off, I contacted Damon about three days before our scheduled event (Wednesday morning and we…read morehad a lake day on Saturday) and everything was planned perfectly in less than 24 hours. I thought we blew it by calling so late but they hustled and got the whole thing done quickly. All details were settled by the time I got to Nashville and everything was handled with the personal touch of the ownership. This company was awesome and probably plan some wild bachelor/bachelorette parties too but we were just a group of guys looking to do a boat day on the lake (highly recommend) and that was just as fun. Our driver Nathan, or "NateDog" as we referred to him, was a bro and the perfect man for the job. He took us for some cliff jumping and tubing before bringing us to party cove, a sandbar on the lake where you can stand, drink, and mingle with other boaters. Plenty of women, men, locals, tourists, whatever you're looking for, or just hang on your boat if you prefer that. NashVegas provides everything from gas to beer & alcohol to food & water to sunscreen & towels. We also had great speakers and were blasting great music the whole time. Just bring good vibes and your liver, everything else is provided. Best part was that Damon was there himself in the boat next to us. He had his own crew so we all linked up and partied together, but he was also constantly making sure everything went well for both groups. Bottom line, if you prefer some out of touch/corporate staff that would rather set up your event and then never see you again or be bothered with anything once your check clears this is not for you... but if you want to hire a company that will treat you like close friends catching up on old times as much as customers, and has no problem sticking with you throughout the whole process to make sure you have a good time (for a reasonable price by the way), look no further than NashVegasVIP and ask for Damon. If I'm ever back in Nashville I'm setting up multiple events through this company, it was the highlight of our entire trip! Cheers!
