I wouldn't trust these people to bury a dead GOLDFISH. Non-existent customer service!!!
I ordered a custom, huge standing spray for a funeral. When I arrived at the funeral it wasn't there, so I called from the church to inquire about it: the answering service said someone would call me back.
2.5 HOURS later, no call. As everyone was filing out of the church I called again. Again the answering service said someone would call. A rude, ignorant man finally did call me, and in a snotty tone informed me that I had the Carson City location, they were closed, so was the other location and "I have no idea about any flowers".
I called the answering service and again said---as I had the first two times---that this was about a large delivery to the Gardnerville location.
"Well, you're calling the wrong number: this is for the Carson city one."
I replied that I was calling the number that 411/AT&T had connected me to for the Gardnerville location, and she read the number off: same number. She then said she'd call and try and talk to the 'on call' person for Gardnerville. Finally!
She called back and said "He said they're closed, and were probably closed yesterday, and no one knows anything about flowers...maybe the florist left them on the steps."
Leaving me to drive down there-- still crying from the funeral service-- and search their filthy steps and back door area: no flowers.
You know...funerals, especially this one, which was a suicide of a father leaving behind two young children....are not the time to drop the ball on flowers meant to comfort a grieving family. The complete lack of empathy on Fitzhenry's part is appalling and just from a customer service standpoint: I truly can't imagine how they stay in business.
They should be ashamed of themselves.
