The staff is very friendly and the facilities are modern. It really is a complete 'wellness' facility, including multiple saunas, a restaurant, and a relaxing outdoor area that includes a small pond ( which one can swim in). There is also a physical therapist on site, available for consultations and massage appointments. My husband and I are both members and are very satisfied with our experience. We would definitely recommend it to friends.

I am a foreigner who lived in Germany…read morelast year, joined on a month by month basis for one or 2 months (because of my travels), and left Germany. After almost a year, I am back in Germany, and I went to re-join to this gym, this time for a 12 month period because I will live here permanently and I signed up without any problems, paid firsts month and re-sign-up fee (THEFT!!). 5 minutes ago, I received a call from this very rude and menacing woman from gym Sport-Park Elberfeld informing me that she is canceling my (new) membership because I owe them a lot of money since last year and that she is sending me to their lawyers. Bad call Sport-Park Elberfeld, I am not interested in ever training at your gym again, and I will make sure to post everywhere I can the 1 star you deserve. This is NOT how you treat a loyal -infrequent client. I will be waiting for the call from your lawyers cowboy lady.

They only have one sauna btw unlike some other fit ones I've been to. It's a little out of my way but fit one will not allow me quit my contract which is unreal. Visited the new fit one and though everything was nice they do not have a men's sauna. Staff was also nice and helpful. The Würzburg fit one has to be the best one. Three floors, a lot of classes and 6-7 saunas available

My husband and me have…read morebeen trying to cancel our contracts for months via E-mail, but Fit-x employees were conviniently ignoring us until the very time that the contracts were not valid anymore. The gym is very small in itself and is always overcrowded and the cardio section is always full, you have to queue for some time to get an access to the threadmill. If being smothered by people while training and ignored by staff is your thing, then by all means enroll!:)
