Fitser Cold calls, very shady practices. They will send you a PayPal invoice to pay using another company name. Zapper Hospitality Services is only one name I found. They bill under different names. They claim to be operating in 9 different countries. Marketing packages run $600-1000. "Martin" manager calls who has 13 years experience with happy long time clients. Offers fake client testimony. Their website needs a code to access. Blue#2021. That's so not anyone can look at their fake services. Anyone who has a domain name will be targeted. Please beware.

I used their service to get a website because mine sucked! They had me pay through PayPal after each of the 4 steps between $200-400. It looked better than what I had before. However, they then tried to sell me SEO which I declined as I do SEO myself. Here is where it went South. After a couple of months, I go in to edit the site. Not only is the site really difficult to edit but the Homepage doesn't update after edits. All 3 phone numbers of the people I was working with in Fitser are canceled. When I call their main number on their website in India it says "the number you are calling is temporarily out of service." Need I say more. See the website https://alexandriavacarpetcleaning.com You will see Fitser with copyright at the bottom. Unless you read this after I redo the website. read more

These guys are a complain pain in the butt with their cold calls and will not stop calling. They think that WordPress is invulnerable and made a lot of outrageous claims about if they rebuilt a website with WP that nobody would be able to steal the images or videos... which, at best is a total lie. They are insulting and condescending to deal with on the phone. I would never recommend dealing with a company who acted like that BEFORE they got your money. They would only be worse afterward. If I could give them less than one star, I would. read more

Very disappointed in the service. Took forever between corrections and they never seemed to get my vision or take direction properly. I never worked with such incompetence and bad customer service. It was a freaking nightmare in the end. I just cut my losses abe walked away from trying to rectify the situation. They insisted I was to blame and never gave me any customer satisfaction and then held me hostage for the site until I made final payment. I was trying to save time and money and get a decent website for once. I have PTSD from the whole experience and thus I'm writing this. read more

The one star is because it is the lowest rating I can give for their company. But I had so much fun with them today, I feel guilty for not giving them more stars. First off to be clear they are an awful company... aggressive rude slimeballs. But that doesn't mean you can't have a good time. When they call and I can tell it's an auto dial, I say hello, hello, hello so they quickly come to the phone. Then when they ask for me, I say "hold please, I'll get her" then I mute myself and listen to their frustration rise, snickering to myself. Just before I lose them, I unmute and say hi it's me! Then I ask for their company name, the sales guy says Fitser. I say Hipster? No he says, Fitser. Ohhh I say Blitzer. No he says again Fit Ser! Oh right, I say, Vit Ker. Now more frustrated, he says no! F as in Frank, I as in India, T as in Tom, S as in Sally, E as in Egg, R as in Rain. Holding back laughter I say V? He says no! T as in Tom. Anyway we keep this up for quite awhile. He is getting more and more frustrated. At one point he says "Are you serious?" I say, I'm just trying to understand. I can barely hold my laughing in at this point. We continue with each letter for another couple minutes. Z? No! V! D? No! T! I'm willing to go as long as he will keep playing my game. Finally in sheer frustration he says... if you are deaf then I can not help you! And hangs up on me. Hahaha, that's it! I win! read more

First lie: My name is Michael. Naw son, it ain't. Second lie: that he had some or any affiliation to my shopify site...about 90 seconds before trying to convince me they're terrible. I'll save everyone the time, everything bad you read is true. Telemarketers are really becoming unbearable. They went from a polite forceful introduction and a quick thanks anyway to damn near asking how your mom is before you can even nail down the fact that you DO NOT INDEED KNOW THEM. Give it a year and these stalkers will be knocking on your door. Thanks whois, in the 60 seconds it takes to press the button that makes domain owners anonymous you've already been hacked by dozens of these wankers. read more

They started calling almost every week after I obtained a new domain name. I've told them to remove me from their list, but I don't think they care. What I really want to know is... Why does anyone give them business? They are cold calling, after all. They assume that I need a web developer yet they know nothing about the website about which they are calling. They haven't even visited the website. This is an unethical and unprofessional company. Waste their time on the phone when they call, but do NOT give them money! read more

If you review my profile, you'll see that I prefer to leave good, and constructive reviews, often no less than 3 or 4 stars. First off, I despise unsolicited calls, especially for services that my company produces, that's just silly to start with, and that I'm also on the National Do Not Call registry... Secondly, "George" is not a typical name for someone of India, it's almost insulting to me to assume I can't pronounce your real name, because I can pronounce India names, Russian, German, Italian, French, and even African names. At least try, why start off a business relationship on a lie? George wanted me to hire them for this/that/and the other thing in regards to my new website (got my name from WhoIs I'm guessing). Thirdly, I politely tried to explain that I've got it covered, and my company already handles the services they are offering, but he wouldn't listen. Fourthly, I was polite and thankfully declined their unsolicited offer, three times before I had to end the call firmly because he would not stop trying to sell me on their service. Here's a small social media tip for this company: Unsolicited offers and annoying persistence will earn you bad reviews. I hope this helps, cheers! read more

Fitser made me a great website but strangely failed right toward the end. While in the making my data capture page worked fine but after delivery it didn't work at all because the email was changed to a Fitser email. Why? It seems shady and I just don't understand why a company would go to all the trouble to set itself up, market itself, build great products then drop the ball right at the end. I was ready to give them 5 stars but then they choked and didn't deliver, very strange. To add to all the weirdness they billed me from Fitser, then Zapper Hospitality, another red flag. It's too bad. I wanted to give a foreign company a shot but I won't be doing business outside the USA anymore. read more

These guys kept cold calling me trying to convince me to hire them as a web development shop. They got my name and phone number from the whois on my domain name. Very unethical sales tactics, and too lazy to even try to lookup what type of website I run. I highly recommend you stay away from these people, and for god sakes take me off of your harassment list and stop calling me. read more

Called our business and when we declined their services MARTIN swore at my staff, when I call back and asked to speak to manager, he said he was the business development manager for Fitser, I asked to speak to a Colleague who I could hear in the background and he hung up on me. I called back he hung up again, I called back and asked to speak to customer service he hung up, extremely rude and aggressive thinks it's okay to call customers and swear at them. Honestly would not have a Job at my company! Never deal with theses people they will respect you or your business. read more

I asked Fitser if they could make me an eCommerce website and they told me it's doable at around $2,500 USD. I agreed to the deal and later on, they had tons of other fees such as a fee of $1,000 for hosting. Why would I want my website to not be hosted? Not only this but when I tell them about some minor changes they could make to the website (colors, ui, etc.) they had to be fussy about it and yell at me saying that if I were to continue with my behavior, they would stop the project all together. That's not ok at all! You can't blame me for my behavior when you're the one who is having me wake up at 5:30 in the morning because your team is in another country. I am the customer and so they should be accommodating with my timezone, not the other way around. Overall I'm not very happy with this, but then again, I suppose it's what I get for cheaping out and not going for a professional development team, or even a freelancer. This company will assure you a lot but will not do what they promise. They will send you a proposal but they will not complete what they said. And your website will be so slow you will not believe it. They will take all your money before they complete and will not complete it as promised. They are always in a rush for go-live without completing. I made a mistake of paying them... BEWARE OF FITSER THEY WILL TAKE EVER CENT read more

I would strongly recommend anyone considering hiring this company for Website services to reconsider. I have had a very bad experience with them. I paid them for two of three steps for my webpage and never heard from them again. In other words, they ripped me off. I had my bank remove the charges two months ago but just this week they (Fitser) were able to reverse that. So now they have my money and I don't have a webpage. For your own sakes, please don't employ this company. read more

STOP CALLING US! This company has many poor reviews and we're really sick and tired of being harrassed! Their illiterate cold call bots are rude, call several times a day from a variety of phones and then when you call the company to complain, the US number hangs up on you and Canada just rings. Who would even work with this company anyway! read more

Scam artists who cold call from domain registrations spoofing phone numbers. Refuse to remove number when told to do so. US contact number on website is disconnected. Cold called by 'London office' using a cellphone number. Caller claimed they obtained my details legally - shame they don't have a clue what they are talking about.
