Don't go here. My experience was horrible.
I decided to stop in and pay the 15 euro drop in fee. They were not nice about helping me. Guy told me to speak Italian because I'm in Italy. Obviously I tried "parla inglese".
In English I asked where the weights are and if they had lockers. They said they didn't have lockers and pointed me to the weight machines.
Find out- they DO have lockers, and a women's locker room. My guess is that they didn't want me to use it because I wasn't Italian.
To make matters even worse, the guy stood around to watch me workout! I can only assume he was making sure I put the weights back and use the paper towels to wipe equipment down - which I DID and I DO back home too.
I felt very uncomfortable.
I suggest waking up early and going for a run instead. Venice is quiet in the morning and runs are nice, even in the winter when it's colder. read more
