They kept repeating the same thing time and time again in the months they were replying with. Eventually, I had to find out that the issue was their website was incorrectly displaying that I didn't have an open subscription. I tried logging in through an incognito browser, and found that I actually did have a subscription that was still ongoing. After three months of back-and-forth and them not helping me, they still went on to charge a fourth month. I've been in touch with the owner of the company André Groan and the VP operations Claudia Mendez multiple times to express my frustration and haven't heard back from them. Some of their gym locations are good others not so much. Do not sign up for a membership with this gym.

Staff is really great and there's always someone to help you. I've been a client of this gym since ir opened but I only use this specific location on weekends for convenience. It is really difficult to have a proper training session because of the lack of space.
