For non members there is a daily fee of $5. Parking is plentiful. Years ago, this was the location of the old Sears department store. As a normal gym it gets pretty crowded around 5:30-6. They also don't care if you come in there after your pre-gym cigarette, won't say a thang! Seems to be a good group of workers there, and the owner is a purty nice guy. In ending my review I can say this place has changed my life. I used to have dominos on speed dial, 5:01, right after work I was calling in for pizza. Now at 5:01, I'm lacing up my brooks and heading to 24/7 to get fit.
