I will say that this is a smaller 24 hour gym, so it obviously won't compete with LifeTime, Crunch, or Vasa; however, it was definitely adequate. You can easily make do and rip a solid lift for any and all muscle groups. One major piece of advice: try to go at a time when no one is there. If there are more than a few people there, you'll probably have to wait on equipment - luckily I didn't have to wait, but I could foresee that being an issue. The only (small) qualm I had was that there weren't any fans in the gym. Thanks y'all!

They are in the midst of painting inside and outside, but not sure when done that is all that is needed. First time I heard the AC go on, I was inside one of the rooms and jumped. Sounded like a small bomb dropped. Fairly clean, nice big room for classes with mats and the usual exercise gear. The women's restroom and locker need help. Beside a basic cleaning, I have never seen so many variations of door latches. Def the work of a handy man who is trying to make things work due to lack of funds. Half the doors don't close or lock. Each one has a creative different approach, you spend time going one by one trying each to see which will completely latch on. Good way to kill some time if you have it. The entire place is not particularly inviting for now but hope things get better. Good cause, good community building facility.

David takes the time to educate me on all of the exercises that we do, by teaching me proper form and explaining the benefits of each exercise, which is super helpful when for when I am working out in group classes or solo. For me, I'm starting to see that personal training was just what I needed to get my body in shape despite my chronic back injury. He knows when to push me harder but also is super respectful of my limits, and I'm beginning to see some results! The personal training isn't cheap, but like anything else, you get what you pay for. They also do a bootcamp class at 8&9 am every Saturday for $10 (cash). I have only been once but I was definitely sweating! If you're looking to get in shape, accomplish an athletic goal, or are trying to work past an injury, I definitely recommend checking out Tailormade.

I would like it a little cooler in there- maybe have the fans on higher, but I understand that many of the older generation wouldn't like that, and I am outnumbered, so I can't complain. :) There is a calendar of activities, from Yoga to stretching classes to spinning. Everyone seems friendly. It is very quiet if you go in the early evening. In fact, I didn't even see an employee in there. They must have been working on a computer in the back room. Lets call him the proprietor. He doesnt brag about his *boxing credentials which suggests to me he may not have any. One might describe his manner as unpleasantly unpleasant. LOL Would love to ask him if he lost a "fight" to Fubar Magoo at the Powderpuff boxing festival. LOL I hear one time at fight night. two young adolescents were fighting. and it was a mismatch and the fight was not stopped soon enough. To me that reeks of nonprofessionalism and stupidity. PS You may want to inquire of the proprietor if the facility has insurance? ( specifically the type of insurance sports clubs carry as part of the membership fee to protect against injuries.) If he says yes and its important you might to ask to see a copy of it) Why am I raising this subject? I spoke to a real professional with good character who happens to be famous in the boxing business. He told me he cannot get insurance if he permits head hitting in his gym. That may very well be true and should be of concern to some folks especially parents.
