I'm not a big fan of fitness-oriented gyms. 70% of this one is occupied by treadmills and other…read morestuff for people, who are too lazy to go for running in the park. Unfortunatelly, the other part of the gym is filled with exercise machines in an average quantity of 2 per basic exercise. I do not remember any visit to the gym when I hadn't have to wait for some machine, while 50% of treadmills are always free. I think the best time for visit is past 8 in the evening, at least at this time it is manageable to make workout in time. But in general it's good. It's clean here, there are a lot of instructors (though not so many people use them), the locker room is large and you can buy some basic stuff like shampoo there if you've forgotten your own one. They accept Multisport card here, but as far as I know you have to visit either Park Wodny or the gym, it's not possible to visit both of them for free in the same day. If overcrowdedness is not a problem for you, I'd recommend this gym as the best in the northearn part of the city.
