Once I explained my situation that I was in Milan for two days and wanted to use the use today and tomorrow they offered me a free first session and stated that the second session would be €15. I will be returned tomorrow to use the gym. They have all sort of equipment both cardio and resistance. They have a fantastic weights room down stairs and a relaxing room with bean bags and lodgers. The gym equipment itself is fine but there is no culture of cleaning equipment after uses or staff to do so between users. Odd, since there seemed to be plenty of staff standing around doing nothing. The pricing also appears to have appreciated quite a bit since 2015, a day pass at Hard Candy Fitness now costs 45€ and a weekly pass costs 100€. With prices like that, you're much better off going down the street to Virgin Active (100€ for a month) for a better gym, or just sign up for a class like Barry's. I'm surprised Madonna would want to associate herself with this facility.

The welcomed me since day one in a way no one did in my life. I am just going to talk about the BJJ part of it​ because it's where I trained. The black belts are excellent teachers, they put passion and patience in their job. You can train up to 6 hours per day with a wide range of athletes. Some days you'll find 50 people on the mat, unusual for Italy. I received my blue belt from​ Andrea. (We had joined for 2 weeks while on vacation - we got a 10-visit pass.) Staff is smiley and friendly, and they (weirdly but nonetheless generously) had complimentary bowls of Panettone cake on Christmas Eve. Even the fellow clientele were courteous and seemed happy to be there. It's easy to see why.
