The staff here are wonderful. knowing I didnt speak german they made an extra effort to brush up on their English (which they didnt need to do) and they have been nothing but patient with me and the language barrier (which I am sure would be hard to treat a patient in a second language which your not confident with). An example if there was a mix up with times (half five.is that four thirty or five thirty.) and they were nothing but apologetic. They really care about their patients and want to do the best by them.
