Their customer services have been useless and rude. They will reply with something like 'we are all learning since Brexit transition" but then they will not actually help me or advise me in any way to get the product back to them and get my refund. I was advised to write "recent return item on the product" again useless and customs sent it back. Severly lacking actual proper technical advise or support. Rude customer advisers. Patronising responses after bad reviews and I will be posting many! Avoid is my advice go with a brand that care and look after their customers.
