Georgio, Sven, and Madelon are all great trainers. Very pleasant, they are extremely careful in keeping you safe/injury free while pushing you to get fit.
I was finally able to convince my wife to join and she said that its the best thing she has ever done.
Do not get intimidated by the workouts. They will work with you to scale the workout down or up for you based on your current level.
And best of all, they have a great community and Vivienne will help you with whatever you need.
