Looking for a bit of healing, I went to this Copacabana physical therapy spot and met with Dr. Carol, who came highly recommended by a friend. Super knowledgeable about everything to do with joint and muscular physiology, Carol conducted a thorough exam on my movements and then started kneading out knots hidden behind my shoulder blades. She dug in and discovered tightly knit spots. Then she was able to release loads of tension from around my neck and shoulder area with a few swift tugs at my head. For about an hour, she worked on the region and I loved every second of it. I walked out feeling like I could move so much more and not nearly as stiff as I felt when I arrived. Aside from Dr. Carol's services, the space also does physical therapy and offers pilates and other rehabilitative exercises. Highly recommend.
