Seems like a great idea, rather that human error, a computer gets your order right (or at least takes it down correctly). However, this system is confusing and irritating. There is now the joy of standing around with a bunch of other confused people as numbers are called out randomly. People jostling and taking the wrong items. Cashiers reopening bags, peering inside and debating with customers. It literally took 17 minutes for my ONE item. Ridiculous. Why come to eat this low quality food if they one thing going for it (its convenience) is no longer there? Drive thru or nothing.
