What a cute idea! I…read morehad no idea this cool space was here - by the courthouse in VAB. My wedding photog was looking for models to grow her portfolio so I came yesterday for a Boudoir session and make-up and hair on-site. This is a small building but is very cute and has a modern, bo-ho, West Elm/CB2 vibe going on. Lots of great natural light throughout the day and about two bedroom spots, some chairs, a bathroom, etc. It's cute! I had a good time and this is an excellent place to book some sessions for local photographers and even if you wanted to do a newborn session or children's or high school photos and wanted a specific vibe. Parking is easy in an adjoined lot.

Kept happening. Then after a session in 2019 they tacked on an extra $1K in bad charges. Never agreed to. No change order. Got tired of the bad billings. So we stopped using them. Now each year they generate fake invoices and mail and email them to us in a typical fishing scam. They know that all of our contracts were for buyouts. We've since reported them to the FTC, BBB, and States Attorneys office for fraud. I would steer clear of these guys. If you have an account with them I would audit them. Even their collection agency admitted they had nothing to go on.
