He has never been here, I have never met him, but I have friends who know him. He has problems and I'm sorry for that but I cant help him and will not change my policies. Some grooming places i have taken them for second time and they start getting anxious when we are getting close to the place and they just grab on to me as if they are afraid. with Kathy they feel safe. she hugs them and even kiss them.
