Laughing Moon Midwifery with Melody Fisher and her assistants was amazing experience! We were and continue to be so grateful that God directed our path to Melody! We were having our 6th baby and decided to try a home birth with a midwife for the first time - it was just as Melody hoped it would be: wishing we had delivered all our previous 5 at home (and we would add - with her for sure!! :) The prenatal visits were relaxed, informative and convenient (in my own home!) and both Melody and Carrie involved my other children with parts of the check-ups. Our children quickly grew to love them both! Melody and Carrie were always on time for the visits and very available in between. They truly respected any preferences we had and were also willing and competent to answer any questions or handle any issues along the way. The delivery of our precious son was special and the postpartum care was very helpful and attentive (and also very convenient considering I had a brand newbie and other young children to manage)! My husband was definitely on board the whole process and is very much for Melody and midwifery - even after having decent hospital experiences for my 5 previous natural births!
