I will now have to have gutters removed and issue corrected by another company for twice the original cost. I was advised that Scott-Lee Guttering Company does not do any carpentry work, which is in no way advertised on their website or communicated during the job. I recommend avoiding and finding a company that is upfront with their customers with what must be done to correctly perform their service instead of acting like there is no issue and doing a job incorrectly to simply get it done. I've learned the hard way, don't repeat my mistake.

CJS Roofing was chosen based on their bid and reputation. Their contract was thorough and addressed our roofing needs. It also explained the costs should additional hidden defects be present, such as rotted roof sheathing. No added frills or high pressure by their representative. Just basic questions about what we needed or wanted performed, what type of roof materials, and explanations of the differences in product lines. Very informative. Because of the high demand for their services, there was a waiting list. All the reputable businesses we contacted are stacked up, but quality and pricing are very important.
